At first I thought it was swung eighth notes but to the rest of my instrument playing fellows u could all probobly also find the counting which for BASSICALLY the wheel song until the end when it slows down the counting is 1 2 3 4+ 1+2+3+4+ repeated through the whole song (people who don't know + is saying and or adding another best between notes so every + is a and)
