Dont you worry about the negative comments on here, you are doing great with your designs. Not everybody can work with perfect wood, gallons of glue and wood filler galore, some people can, and do, work with what they have. You have not only made your own tables, but you are good enoughh to put them on youtube for all to see. I am afraid that there are people that forget that others do not have easy access to cheap supplies, and those people do appear to have easy access to cheap comments. Keep going with your woodworking and be true to your ideas.
Of course, beggars can't be choosers. The material which with you work with has its limitations. But still, to my opinion this project is lacking. Some of it is due to the material. Others... due to the maker, I'm afraid. Mostly, that hideous bulky foot on which that blade rests. The dimensions of the surface of the blade, the measurements of the foot as a whole and the seperate parts, are not good. The foot is in every way too bulky as it is now. And that's too bad. For you sir, you have enough skill to avoid such mishaps. And then I don't mention the way you finished the outer rim of the blade... not as you should have done! With more attention this could be a B plus. Nou it's a C minus at best.
