Guildo's DNA alone would have let him stop time as long as he could hold his breath...and because he has Freeza's abilities, he can hold his breath forever.
They call out (both in the anime proper and DBZA) that the "collection" bugs were destroyed during the Saiyan attack on earth (Vegeta and Nappa) so its SO weird they have Frieza's DNA especially considering the time line. Even the Prince of all Sloppy Seconds. Gohan: "You're going to find it real difficult when they start getting serious." He thought Goku is holding back...
Something I think is cool from the original show is the part where Goku goes up to Gohan to have him go fight Cell. Throughout the entire fight the show kept cutting to Gohan wondering to himself: "Why is dad is holding back so much?" And "Why haven't Dad or Cell gotten serious yet?" When Goku goes to him and says Gohan needs to fight Cell. Gohan asks him why he's acting tired even though he was barely using any of his strength. Goku then tells Gohan that no, he was going full power the entire time. Gohan only thought he was holding back because Gohan was comparing Goku's strength to *his own*. And since Gohan thought his father would naturally be stronger than himself, he thought Goku was holding back.
............................................... Though we also found out later that Goku had already achieved SSj2 and could've easily killed Cell but wanted to get Gohan to realize his true capabilities. However by time the shit hits the fan, due to letting his guard down when Gohan achieved SSJ2, it was too late for Goku to simply kill Cell, which he was planning to do if things went south. Cell was quite annoyed to find out later that Goku basically let him win, and could've crushed him even easier than SSJ2 Gohan did.
I'm going to give Goku just a small amount of credit here. Let's say he's right that he needs to throw Gohan into the deep end to really push him to dig deep. There would be no better circumstance to do it than this: Goku has already demonstrated HOW to beat Cell, and if Gohan is at risk of losing, Goku can always jump in, plus Trunks and Vegeta are there for backup. Basically, this is about the safest scenario Goku could hope for to push Gohan to the limit. It's still a really bad idea, though.
Honestly for the first time in forever i think I liked the moment were Goku reveals Gohan too Cell a little better in the original. This was great episode Cell & Goku’s thirst for fighting & all their moves were so incredible. The Instant Transmission kamehameha is so awesome I’m hyped Gohan is a beast. The most infamous scene of the Cell Saga Goku gave Cell a fricking senzu bean that’s why Piccolo’s a better father. 🤣 I get believing in Gohan’s power but he also could get him killed.
If Son Goku didn't give Cell The senzu bean, he would have ended the fight as quickly as possible, most likely killing Gohan and then everybody else in the process
Plan to eradicate Christmas is probably one of my favorite movies they’ve done just for that little nudge nudge joke they did with Goku about why he’s on the ~~~~~list😂 trying not to spoil it not that I think either of them will get it since they’ve never watched super

8:45 Cell does have Gohan's DNA. While Cell is technically only 6 years old. The Cell they are fighting is from the future. Cell has the DNA from strong warriors that has appeared on Earth since the beginning of DBZ to all the way to when Cyber Frieza and King Cold arrived on Earth.
As for Cell regenerating from a pair of legs, I’d say it has to do with Piccolos cells and Frieza’s vitality. Frieza is able to survive insane degrees of damage, and with the regeneration of Piccolo, it should be possible to survive even that kind of damage.

@12:02, Easily one of Cell's most savage lines.
Kirby be glad you didn't wait a year and some change for this shit😂
Yeah I'm with Kirby like I have knowledge and research of knowing what that is
I think you and Kirby should react to songs of war it is a really good animation of 10 episodes or a 2-hour-long movie
Gohan is not 6 here
Cell is nice to Yamcha because he’s the only one that isn’t in his DNA.
"Thinking of you Goku" 🤣
2:18 “mr popo, what are you making?” “Pot!” “Pots of what?” “Pot…im not getting rid of it.” “ARE YOU KIDDING?! That shit’s great for my glaucoma.”
The intro is voiced by Barry/Jerry/Gary/Harry aka Larry the camera guy.
Thanks for your reaction episode
Woot! So excited for 60!
6:00 ish... no one... there is no life insurance policy.
Namek zaza hits different ngl
"yea fuck goku"
thank you grant you're so handsome
If Son Goku didn't give Cell The senzu bean, he would have ended the fight as quickly as possible, most likely killing Gohan and then everybody else in the process
Plan to eradicate Christmas is probably one of my favorite movies they’ve done just for that little nudge nudge joke they did with Goku about why he’s on the ~~~~~list😂 trying not to spoil it not that I think either of them will get it since they’ve never watched super
All you need is a little green
"While I am busy *pounding* your son, I'll be thinking of you the entire time".
lol, you know it's bad when even Duck gets uncomfortable, and he's seen the series before.
14:20 Televisions like Chi-Chi's weigh something like 150 pounds. I know from experience. Chi-Chi is STRONG.
How do Dende knows what it is? Did you noticed that namekians are mostly farmers, and they dont need to eat? what do you think they were planting xD
Episode 60 part 1 has a hidden reference to an old show. I've seen dozens of reactors and not a single one catches it. I hope you can. I'll comment what it is on the next episode to see if you do
1:32 That person is 3:18
17:54 If you've ever heard the phrase "omae wa mou shindeiru," that's what it means and as far as I know this is the guy who popularized it.
