In the beginning, I began to simply breathe, connect with the body and feel the energy centers. By the middle of the meditation, I entered a trance state and saw the future. “Space” clarified what is happening now and where it will lead. I lived consciously in the moment with acceptance. Later the body began to take some positions from kundalini yoga. By the end of the practice, I was dancing in a state of bliss, letting go of the past and purifying myself. Larimar, it’s wonderful. Thank you for what you have done. 🦋💙

I listened to this and my spirit wept and wept and wept all night long.
I used to imagine a group of shamans surrounding me all working together using their music and sound to heal me when I first heard this music. Then I found out it was just one single person creating these master pieces. Now once again, I imagine a group of shamans surrounding me composing these masterpieces 🤣🤣🤣
That is very interesting i had a very similar experience when meditating to some of larimar’s music.
One grumpy old lady stood out, who softened a lot when she felt some of the pains ive had in life. Now it feels like she’s always there in the background when I meditate
I Just had the same vision and one of them singing very close to my face while my eyes are closed
