I'm cautious about energy right now. More and more signs are showing we are, or soon, will be in a recession. Energy always gets wrecked when a recession becomes obvious. Gold and silver, I think, will be the best play until the recession has hurt energy enough.

Why even fuck around. The low will be so low and the response will be so great. Don't lose the money in the drop and miss out on the recovery. Especially if you're investing in Nuclear power.

How is it that all the fed money printing can drive the stock market to such high valuations like in Argentina but not housing prices since according to this channel housing prices were not driven by the fed but instead driven by millennials coming into home buying years? I say the distortions we have seen in stocks and housing do not occur in free markets - which we don't have.

If you think Jim Rogers knows what he's talking about then don't count on a recession. Silver does best in a strong or recovering economy.
