You said in a comment android 11 is the last update on docomo or softbank variant. I'm a bit confused here did you mean it literally or you were saying that as of now 11 is the latest update but it will get android 12 update later on?
Eventually 11 is the latest update, and we don't know either Softbank is going to release the next android Version for v60 or not. That's the fact. However, whenever the new release has been announced by the Softbank, you can update your phone by this method..

Using v60 Softbank bank variant and there is poor gama calibrations in it's display, black crush and Greenish tint is very prominent in it's display. Also asking from other users and mostly japense kit users are also facing this issue

Welcome dear, it's already 5g supported, no need any software updates, do two steps , go to Access point names and down in the settings enable ipv6 . Step two . Dail *#***#4636**#*#* and then phone information select network type as NR . If still not working that means the frequencies used by your network is not supposed by this phone .

I don't recommend to cross flash it, because there is a lot of issues, after that, like Permennt network lock, IMEI null, etc , how ever if you still want to go for it. There is a method on XDA , you can search for it .

I guess you should check your device's original OEM, if you bought it second hand, there might be chances some one has cross flashed it from another variant,
In that case you won't be able to update it until you install it's original firmware.
I have used this method but my LG phone which is a softbank variant does not show any update, my phone update is Android 10 with security patch August 1 2020, and it does not show any update.

As per my knowledge, you can update your phone by connecting it to a wifi , but you have to remove your sim card from it. Hope it will work for you..
