- We stopped by our customer Cronin Surfboards shop to check out some awesome resin work they have been doing. @superlam1111 was nice enough to let us film his process of getting some amazing color swirls using our Silmar 249-B surfboard resin with a few different pigments. Hope you enjoy! Subscribe for future videos!
That came out so dope, I’d love to learn how to laminate some day!
Fantastic
Superlam beautiful work Justin.
Soooo bad ass. Skills

C'est tellement satisfaisant !!😎
Nice. Was that a free lap on the bottom? With color?
Nice !!!
Como vc faz esse efeito de verde manchado dentro do balde?
F ing A, BAD ASS!
I prefer airbrushing! Like the surfboard company inner Island used to do! But you're on the right track?
🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
what do you use for resin and tint?
nice! how much catalyst was used? i found that doing a polyester swirl reduces work time because of the prolonged pot-time in the beginning and having to do more pouring work and letting it sit for a bit. i guess it helps doing it in 2 halves like Cronin did!
Yes, I believe that they use the normal amount of catalyst they just work half the board at a time. He knocked this out super quick maybe a minute or 2 longer than the normal lamination process. He also catalyzed each color so they weren't sitting the cups too long. Hope this helps!
Hey , I'm about to finish my board but I'm confused of what i do as a resine epoxy cauz i don't have experience, please could u orient me which epoxy i use ??
