    Hi Uncle. Congrates. U r so strong can do 109km TMBT so easily. Nice video. but cant hear you said. Good if without the background music. Too bad cant hear the sound of the nature. Im sure, all runner will agree, the sound of the nature is a beautiful music to all of us. Hope you can consider not to put background music in your next video. Congrates again.

    congrats uncle Kok.... salute.... how you prepare ur training for 100km.... ?
    are you use power walk all the way to the finishing line....?

    • @RunUncleRun
      @RunUncleRun  4 роки тому +2

      Feruz Khan, thank you. I usually train by running about 100km per week for a few weeks prior to the race and during the race I used run-walk-run method from beginning until the finishing line.

      @@RunUncleRun thank you very much uncle for the tips... i will follow the way you train for 100km...

  • @roubini74
    @roubini74 4 роки тому

    it is already tough to be walking 100km on the flat terrain. you are trekking on a uneven terrain for 100km... that itself is amazing feat.!

    • @RunUncleRun
      @RunUncleRun  4 роки тому

      PokémonXlps, indeed it is very tough to run/walk 100km some more with over 5,000m of climbing. Luckily still managed to finish within cut-off time.

    Nak tanya sikit.. sepanjang perjalanan 100k ni uncle ada running juga ke atau uncle walking saja...?
    Boleh uncle bagi sedikit tips preparation untuk mengikuti 100K ni....?

    • @RunUncleRun
      @RunUncleRun  4 роки тому +4

      Guna cara run walk run, run 1min walk 1 min. Walk saja bila naik bukit
