Would you be able to make a tutorial on how you make some of these soundscapes? Really great stuff.

      Thank you very much.
I've made several attempts to make a tutorial, but there are some things I don't like about it. For example, English is not my native language, it's hard for me to speak correctly and I have terrible pronunciation. And I don't like to do badly. I also need to have special equipment, software and technical skills. Then it takes up too much time and effort that I would like to spend on music or sounddesign. I don't give up the idea to make a series of my tutorials and share my tricks, but for now it's "maybe one day".
Sorry, my tips are trivial, but this is how I learnt and continue to learn.
      1. Basics. I mostly learnt from UA-cam videos, the basic techniques are not original and suitable for all synths, and you can find it all on the channels of famous youtubers. I can recommend you - @VenusTheory, @s1gns0fl1fe, @MartinStuertzer, @Thought-Forms
      2. Re-engineering - learn how the presets you like are made. Explore the oscillators, sound flow, look at modulation, spin the parameters, see how they change the sound. I've released a few sound sets and will share more.
      3. Practice and experimentation. Put everything you've learnt into practice.

@@_alphaeri Thanks so much for the response! Just wondering if there are any UA-camrs or tutorials you could recommend specifically on the Iridium. I am brand new to it (although pretty familiar with some other synths), and my biggest problem has just been figuring out how to navigate everything! I am sure it'll come with some practice if not, just thought I'd ask! Thanks again!

I haven't seen any tutorials on sound design in Iridium, but an overview of the functionality can be found. For example
      ua-cam.com/play/PL3QJwDKP54-eSzfHsbWruIihf1NCYveyD.html&si=BBE8v_zhThst2Prj
Iridium has a lot to offer. This can be confusing in the beginning. Start with an engine that you are familiar with in other synths. Explore it and its features first, then move on to the next one. You will need some theory about the forms of synthesis that Iridium has: wavetable, granular synthesis, FM (kernels) and physical modelling (resonator). At its core, Iridium has the same sound flow as many synths: Oscillators -> Mixer -> Filters -> Effects. Plus powerful modulation options: 6 LFOs, 6 Envelopes, Complex Modulator and a 40-slot matrix. It will take you some time to get a clear picture. Practice makes perfect. There are two Iridium groups in FB and a forum gearspace.com/board/electronic-music-instruments-and-electronic-music-production/1314350-waldorf-iridium-167.html where you can ask and get answers. I wish you good luck and a pleasant experience.

@@_alphaeri Thanks again for all the help! I will check that out. By the way have you ever tried out Phase Plant? With the style of patches you make I think you might really enjoy it, and I would certainly love to listen to what you could cook up with it. Awesome work as always!

Phase Plant is a great synth. And Pigments also. But if I had to choose one software I would take UVI Falcon and hardware - Iridium definitely.
