Friendship Fountain

For nearly sixty years, Friendship Fountain, a historic landmark in Downtown Jacksonville, has been a key feature of the skyline. Situated by the St. Johns River, facing the downtown skyline, the fountain offers walking paths and access to the Riverwalk. After extensive renovations costing nearly eight million dollars, the fountain reopened earlier this year with new features, including recycled water and energy-efficient lighting. At night, LED lights and synchronized music create a choreographed display, making the fountain a notable attraction for visitors.
