It's that you take a moment to acknowledge and be kind to your fans who obviously support you, your records, your tours, your image, and wave hello and give them a smile. It takes about 5-10 seconds of her life. I'm sure she can manage that.
Now I understand why some people think she's mean. She appears to be a very random person. Sometimes she can be kind but sometimes she can be a total bitch for no good reason.

Poverty means not being able to afford to eat healthy food, poverty means not having a home, poverty means not having access to healthcare (doctors, etc) poverty is a source of mental health problems such as depression and people in debt or who have lost their lives have sadly committed suicide. Poverty also means not being able to provide for family. People who are poor often turn to crime to survive. It’s naive to suggest there is no link between money and health
