Sorry, but you completely lost me 5 minutes in. I've got the wheel geometry parented to the small dummies, which are in turn paired to the large dummies. Large dummies pivots are aligned to circle. Large dummies are parented to the circle.
But when I rotate the circle, everything just uniformly rotates around the circle. But in yours, two of the wheels remain facing the same direction perpendicular to the other two (5:11). Did I miss a step? What is happening?
