- How to make 5 tiers of top forward, spheres and topsy round cakes gravity defying cake structure.
Bottom tier sphere has about one third bottom part being chocolate, to support upper part of that tier.
The top forward tiers have half part being styrofoam. Making whole half styrofoam assures us of support of the side leaning part of the appearance.
The leaning round tier sits on a wooden board that is screwed to the board.

Cake is amazing i want to ask you this is buttercream you use on this cake
Thank you. It's fondant.
Hello is it a must to use chocolate to cover up a cake or even buttercream can be used?
Hi. Buttercream can be used. If you have used it in stacked cakes with no problems, then it will be fine.
Do you cut all the tiers and put foam or just one tier?
For the sphere bottom tier, bottom part is chocolate. You may check closely from 2:47 to 3:54. The top forward tiers are the ones with part styrofoam.
Now on which cake did you use a dummy and why
The 2 top forward tiers have Styrofoam at the bottom for those individual tiers support.
Please the round cake is it butter cream
It's fondant
