Sonic R Mania (SHC 2020) :: First Look Playthrough (1080p/60fps)-Jaypin88
( • Sonic R Mania (SHC 202... )
"So many people all around, so many feelings to be found" always loved that part...
Aww, I getcha
Now this is a banger in my book! The SNES instruments surprisingly does this song justice.
Try the digitization of the lyrics.
I think SNES uses samples? So I guess you can load it up with whatever sounds you have sampled. The piano almosts sounds like its not SNES, cause it has too much highend compared to the other instruemts (probably low freq samples due to memory limits)
@@AndrewTSq the SNES actually was completely able to use digitalized voices in songs.there is a few games with fully singed intro.
Playing this on my PC made me feel like a kid again. I never owned the original on Saturn but I had it on the GameCube through the Gems collection. I never understood the hate of the OST tbh, and you just made a good song even better, as always.
Same here! This game gets a lot of hate from classic sonic fans but I love it for what it is: A fun sonic party racing game! Plus I love the 90s house and Eurodance esque sound to the ost. Some of this ost I could see CeCe Peniston or Robin S putting out and I love it!
@@renc7305 I liked Sonic R, despite it's faults too. Had alot of hidden unlockable characters for it's time too.
@@beauwalker9820 Yeah I loved unlocking all the mystery characters! The whole tails doll curse was a fun middle school tall tale haha
I think people just hate on it to get attention or views on their crappy videos.
Probably because it's SUPER cheesy, but being fair, Sonic is cheesy. So the hate is indeed kinda unexplained.
Living in the city > Can you feel the sunshine & Super Sonic Racing
Nice remix!
I popped off for the voice samples. XD I kinda wish there was a version of this upload with just that and we didn't have to wait for the whole loop for it. XD
I’m getting strong Street Fighter III Second Impact vibes with this one lmao. Sounds fantastic 👌
My jaw dropped when the vocals popped up
That's digitization for you... Would really be impressive if it was on an actual snes.
PANASONIC BLU RAY
CHRIIIIISTMAS IN JULYYYYYYYY
Now I want to imagine a Mario Kart game having a soundtrack similar to Sonic R
that sax reminds me of the gems collection version so much
Sounds like MM8/MM&Bass in a way. Easily the best song to me in Sonic R, next to Diamonds In The Sky.
Panasonic Bluray
You know you got to survive~~
Why can’t this be on UA-cam music 🥺 I absolutely love it
My favorite sonic R level
Damn, this is funky. Well done.
Oh, this is groovy.
I like this song!!!
Although I don't know why it reminds me of a deal in July....weird as that is.
Just as catchy as the original... what a blast from the past. Thank you my dude! 🎵😌🎵
my favorite track from one of my favorite sonic game
When I first played sonic R on the Saturn in 95 I still think of this theme and the cool song and the shitty controls.
stop being a adult now
heck yea, this game and its soundtrack rock!
This song is called "Dynamic"
This is fucking beautiful, man! Major props!
I Love This Song
My head wont stop bopping to this help
lovin that sax sample
this is fricking awesome.
Being Second isn’t so bad
LOL I had that moment of not being sure if I remembered this one until I started humming along... All these remixes are giving me a new appreciation for the OST
The one thing that Sega has always done better than Nintendo: Even the bad games have good music
Are you calling sonic r bad?
@@AlanDSi Yes
Lets talk about sonic eraser.
Maybe if you like fart sounds (a lot of those OSTs hold up though don't get me wrong)
@@shunganeva9115 I distance myself from that claim now
I just found a new Sega Song that would be cool for you to remix as SNES! or like CPS-2
Revenge of Shinobi Terrible Beat. It sounds so cool.
Edit: I just saw the video where you already made a remix of that song :o but I wonder what a CPS-S would sound like
Smh fantastic. Does anyone else miss the 90s
imagine not being under 18 L
When the soda is radical
It's like a roller coaster! :D
Great game and great OST. Good to see it get some love.
funky saxomophone
I was not expecting the song to sound better then it already was, but somehow, you made the song better, especially the first take.
This used to be my favorite Sonic R track. When I got older, Work It Out became my favorite.
Good
ohhh so you tryna put out heat huh?
Don't get me wrong, I love the Megadrive, but the SNES have such a good nostalgic soundchip, so mixing a nostalgic sound with a nostalgic game like Sonic R is a big Win (
This is fantastic, great job!
Great remixes, but the vocals in the SNES remixes sound like they’re coming from a Genesis even though the SNES handled voice samples better than the Genesis. Why is that? Was that intentional?
Sounds closer to Sega CD quality
Nice
SimCity SNES
🌃
Idk why but this gives me some SF vibes
The alternate universe where Sonic is created Nintendo.
Kinda sounds like an otomatone
Super Mario R
Whos the dope that gave a thumbs down? this is great!
better than the original
What software do I use to cut out vocals and put them in SNES audio quality?
How are you gonna say the virgin Saturn vs. the chad Dreamcast at 3:27.
First
goes hard
