I mean all of them joined teams that were teams at the top of the league last year. Even Optic who didn’t win last year weren’t considered a weak team and they picked up Pred who was also one of the best subs last year. Wouldn’t say they are still running the League.

Faze needed confidence
Optic needed leadership
Ultra needed playmaker/slayer
The LAT trio significantly improving already great teams is even more impressive to me

Optic was so impressive they took on NY Faze and 4-0 Ultra this tournament was one of the best and lets not hate on the other opponents they are just trying to win as much as Optic lets show them all some respect..
If my team is down 0-3 in a best of 7 grand finals, nowhere near the lead in the HP and my teammate shoots someone's body I am dropping him the very next day
For real though, mindset is clearly not on winning if they're concerned about shooting bodies down 3-0 and in the middle of losing the 4th map to get swept.

As an ultra fan at the event today. Optic you guys played to win you played hard you deserve it. Optics my second favorite team behind ultra only cuz i live here. So to me it felt like a win regardles optic or ultra it dont matter to me as long as its not FaZe
It was only right for Optic to beat Ultra in the finals in front of the Toronto home crowd after Ultra did the same last year in Texas.
