You went on a bad day. I’ve been twice and caught 30, between 2 of us on one trip w/2 over 5 and one over 5 lost. 2nd trip, caught 22 with the best being under 4 lbs. it’s going to be a Great Lake.
I was there March 4th, same problem with parking. But, once on the water, I figured out what to use. I caught 34 on a wacky rig senco. All in 2 to 4 pounds range. In shallow water. It's by dodd city, Texas. I can't wait to go back
