Dhaka, Bangladesh ➖ Electronics are hard to come by in Bangladesh, especially at a decent price. Import fees are through the roof, so locals can sometimes pay 2/3 times the market price. So, when my friend @NadirOnTheGoBangla was in need of a GoPro, I happened to have a spare and sold it to him. He gave me around $250 worth of Taka, and for my final video here in Bangladesh, I'm going to pass on the money to a local barber. Thank you for joining me on this Bangladesh series, it's been an amazing time exploring this country and learning about the culture.

I honestly thought the guy who showed you the barbers wanted a tip and that's why he was waiting. But I was proven wrong! Just a genuinely good guy mashallah, he most likely enjoyed the company.

I'm glad he mentioned how vulnerable he felt when he had to close his eyes. I've always had what I thought was an irrational fear when people held blades around me. Imagine having some cash and a camera in a prison cell sized room where you could be dispatched with one swipe. I've produced TV shows and I don't feel like this was completely organic (notice the fixer is there the whole time, the guy he "met" on the street), but man that was some great content. First time here, new follower for sure. Really great video.
