i love the immediate reaction! i am not able to see it for a few more days and it's good to watch this not-so-spoilery, fairly short reaction video.. im super excited to see the episode and will have to wait on the deeper dive until i do! thanks guys! ❤
I like the Bene Gesserit but just imagine how good they would be with a catchy chant like: "power of one, the power of two, the power of mmmmmmanyyyyyyyyyy"
It’s funny I’m feeling almost the exact opposite, I prefer the “present tense” parts of the show and episode 2 was my favorite so far I haven’t read Sisterhood yet (just finished God Emperor for the first time) Still enjoying the show and excited to listen to your full podcast breakdown for this episode though
OK. writing this before I hear you but I have to say it, because this is my immediate after show feeling. I'm really enjoying this show, and increasingly so!. I fear that you online "professional" "critics" seem to forget the basics of "entertainment" in seeking nitpicks to "criticise" but I, increasingly, find it to be well acted, well written, well produced and well designed. It completely takes me away into it's world for an hour, and given all the absolute codswallop out there (looking at you Rings of Power!), that's a good show! I was intrigued and ENTERTAINED by E1-2 (which FFS, is the whole point!). I was uttelry transported by E3! I, increasingly, find it to be; well, acted, well written, well produced and well designed. This was an absolutely marvellous episode of TV, utterly transporting, from minute one (thanks to mesmerizing acting!). PLEASE give up on the nitpicking. There is so much garbage out there, we don't need the "critic" intelligensia kneecapping shows because they don't meet their self righteous, entitled, forensic standards. (P.S. glad to see you guys fizzing aboiut this episode,.. I still feel your "criticisms" of the first two to be overly clinical.)
If its 30 years after that moment valya took over then it cant be kieran but if its 30 years after valya started her journey with the sisterhood then possible but isnt kieran like in his late 20s early 30s ?

The young kid was called Albert Atreides, apparently.
Surprised no immediate shout out for what I'm assuming was the origin of the gom jabbar!
Omg good catch! Can't believe this detail slipped by us. We'll be sure to call this out on Thursday's livestream chat.
Really good episode. 👍🏼
Can’t wait for the full episode breakdown pod
