Hi! I'm glad to see you are doing well! I want to help with your pies; before baking, if you take the bottom dough and poke it a few times with a fork, it shouldn't inflate. It is called "docking" the dough. If it still rises, next time you can put dry beans or pie weights in the center for the first bake. I hope this helps! =)

切らしていたアロマオイルを買おうと生活の木に立ち寄ったら、TOKAさんが動画で飲まれていたハーブティーが店頭の入口にズラーっと並んで売られていてウキウキしました。
店員さんに塩とグレープフルーツハーブティーの試飲を勧められ、飲んだらとても美味しかったので買っちゃいました！
爽やかでスッキリした風味だったんですが、蜂蜜も入れて下さり甘みもあって美味でした！
レモンを入れて色が青に変わるハーブティーは人気の為売切れで入荷待ちとなっていました。
本当にとっても美味しいですよね！！✨
蜂蜜入りにも挑戦してみようと思います🍯
