90% of the players in the French national team have betrayed their beloved africa
Do you think that the football rules should be changed so that football players can only play for the countries where they originally come from, and so that countries in Africa also have a chance to win the World Cup?
U are right just imagine mbappe benzema and mahrez in algeria team
@@mandirabdhungel5611 That would be insane
@@mandirabdhungel5611 If it has happend Algeria Might have played world cup
Mbappé, Zidane, Benzema, Nasri, just to name a few we’re all born and raised in France. They are products of French football schools so they didn’t betray their countries at all. Besides, they don’t owe their countries of origin anything.
Diego Costa seems and acts like someone who'd call you a friend to your face just to turn around and absolutely fk integrity and loyalty
I was surprised this channel has below 1k subs! Keep up the good content

I am from Hungary, and we also have two players Willie Orban, and Callum Styles, who have some Hungarian heritage.
I think this rule should stay cause it can help out smaller international teams
It was my first time watching you and instantly subscribed
Good to hear! We hope to see you here more often :)
Chadli followed Belgium for money. He is a shame.
You have only 116 subs but still your vids are unbelievably good😊

"WRONG COUNTRY" is just wrong bro, they have two citizenships, they are citizens of both countries, they can pick one and it's not "picking wrong countries" it's picking what you want.
You're right ;)
It's called click bait
@@jackdelacey2505 it would also be a click bait if it was "for A DIFFERENT COUNTRY", the title is just disrespectful to those players.
@@alpakaperuwianski3869 fair enough
I would be able to represent Ireland, England,France, and Switzerland
Many are playing for the country they feel affiliated to. If i was born in England, live their all my life, but had Irish parents, id still pick england, the same would be true in reverse,
Exactly, I have Irish grandparents same as Grealish. It's common in England - think Kane, Rice & possibly others are in the same situation. But far as I'm concerned I'd obviously pick England, I've lived my whole life in London.
Thanks for sharing your perspective on this issue. It's true that many footballers choose to represent the country they feel most connected to, whether that's based on their ancestry, cultural heritage, or personal experiences. The decision of which country to represent is a complex one and often depends on individual circumstances. While some may argue that players should only represent the country where they were born or have citizenship, others may believe that players should have the freedom to choose which country they feel most connected to. Ultimately, it's up to each individual player to make that decision.
Yet you chose to title this “footballers playing for the WRONG country”. People often have complicated heritage and it’s their choice so who are you to say their choice was wrong? Oh yeah! Click bait
How u only got 250 sub, you’re amazing my guy❤
Thank u :)
You deserve more subscribers
Thank you so much man! :)
I will be having a grandchild soon. If they turn out to be good at football they could potentially represent England, Ireland, Scotland and even Japan. None of these would be the “wrong” country. They represent the child’s complicated heritage
I don't get how u only have 609 but keep the content up and one day u will be up there

Bro you missed Karim The Dream Benzema
i have a question and i really want the answer to this. My mum was german (she died when i was 2) and my dad is from england both sides are very english and very german though my mum mightve been spanish, anyway i was born in england and i don't know what team i would want to show on my fifa card or what team i would play for, if i ever did. So should i pick Germany Or England?
You didn't mention some of the notable footballers such as Thiago and Raphinha Alcantara
thiago alcantara could've played for brazil
My grandson could play for England, Scotland, Fiji or India. So he might be good at Rugby or cricket if not football.
it mostly happens to Ireland or africa

Boateng didn't betray Germany he just followed his roots
You make a valid point about Boateng following his roots when he decided to play for Ghana instead of Germany. While some may see it as a betrayal, others may view it as a way to connect with their heritage and culture. At the end of the day, I think it's up to each individual player to decide which country they feel most aligned with and want to represent. What are your thoughts on players who choose to play for a different country than the one they grew up in?
He did though literally went through the German system
he abused the German education and training as resources to play then for Ghana...not that Germany needed him, but thats just sad and not fair of him imo
Boateng only did that because he would've got no play time in the german team, he's not nearly as good as his brother. It's totally okay for him to represent both countries tho
@@mickmarshall7189 how did he abuse the German Education?
I'm able to represent England, thats it, my andestors are from all of scandinavia, england , scotland ireland and wales but thats too far back
I was born in Sweden but have lived 90% of my life in England but i always support Sweden and to me I'm Swedish
Lukas Podosky made a very choice than all these. Followed by Zaha, Thiago Motta. The rest are treaters or Betrayers.
Podolski is a joke. Should have picked Özil who should play for turkey.
What about Raheem Sterling.
He is from Cameroun
Is this one of those robotic voices because he or it didn't pronounce a single name correctly 😂
Thanks for your comment and for watching our video! Just to clarify, we don't use a robotic voice for our videos. The voice you heard is from a real person who read the script for the video. We appreciate your feedback about the pronunciation of some of the names in the video, and we apologize if it detracted from your viewing experience. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us!
I know Grealish's cousin.
Taulant played for the right country
Thanks for your comment. Taulant Xhaka is a footballer who has represented the Albanian national team, which is his ancestral and cultural heritage. We included him in our video "10 Footballers Who Are Playing For The WRONG COUNTRY" to highlight the complexities of nationality and representation in football. While some may argue that players should only represent the country where they were born or have citizenship, others may believe that players should have the freedom to choose which country they feel most connected to. Ultimately, it's up to each individual player and their personal circumstances to decide which country they want to represent. What do you think about this topic?
Where i salgerian zinedine zidan and mbappe an benzema🧐🧐
Algerian
❤❤❤😊😅
🥰
There's a difference between click bait & being disrespectful while trying to call those players disrespectful.
Pathetic attempt
As an irish person, people always call us bad considering 2 of englands most popular players are actually irish
Thanks for sharing your perspective! It's true that many people may not be aware of the Irish heritage of some of England's most popular players. It's important to remember that heritage and identity are complex and personal, and it's up to each individual to decide which country they want to represent. At the same time, it's important to respect and appreciate the cultural diversity of the football community. Thanks again for watching and sharing your thoughts with us!
Grealish was born in England
@@josephoakley9722 alr 2 of them
Grealish and Rice are more English than Irish
@@theemperor6413 ye fair enough
In my opinon you should only be allowed to play for the county you were born in
Much better. African countries would have received a lot of World Cups then 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@benjaminkalubi7918 But if i was born in Kazakhstan and then moved to London and stayed there for like 12 years i should still only be allowed to play for Kazakhstan since i was born there
@@benjaminkalubi7918 they wouldn’t have. Most of the African stars went to training academies in European countries. They would prob still be mediocre regardless. Remember ziyech and hakimi trained in the Netherlands and in Spain

You have missed some players like Kylian Mbappe, Tariq Lamptey, Antoine Griezmann

could have made a list soley based on France
Thanks for your comment. It's true that France has a diverse range of footballers with various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and there have been some controversies around players choosing which country to represent. However, we compiled this list based on a variety of factors and included players from different countries who have also faced scrutiny for their national team choices. That being said, we appreciate your input and thank you for watching our video. What's your opinion on this topic?
L
😂😂
😵
I would have imagined it the other way around. Granit Xhaka plays for the wrong country. Do you remember when him and Shaqiri waved the Albanian flag? These people, despite holding Swiss passport, are not Swiss. They do not consider them Swiss. But of course, you cannot say it out loud. I don't even like the Euros anymore because it just doesn't make any sense. Like, there is a French footballer of Caribbean/African descent who plays for Hungary. He is not Hungarian. Hardly speaks the language. Why is such stuff allowed?
Thank you for sharing your opinion on this topic. The issue of nationality and representation in football is a complex one, and there are different viewpoints on what should be allowed. While some people may feel strongly that players should only represent the country where they were born or have citizenship, others may believe that players should have the freedom to choose which country they feel most connected to. Ultimately, it's up to the individual player and the football associations to decide which rules and regulations to follow. What do you think is the best way to handle this issue?
@@football-plaza I think you are absolutely right and correct in all your answers. Yes all players have their right and freedom to choose the country to represent more than their country of origin or where they are born. But I also think that when they make such personal or individual choice, they must concentrate on the same country they have chosen rather than decide to visit their country of origin in order to offer help and support when they retire. To me I feel betrayed by them. Better they offer help and support to the country they have chosen.

I've been watching football for almost 3 decades and from that I'll say french black player's have sort of betrayed Africa and so many of them are African - french, like if they want they can play either for African team's or continue playing for France,so for me not owning where you come from is already betrayal
