    @oluwalogbon58 you are so right and listening to my ijesa oriki wants me to move close to home. God bless my grandmom for her giving me this heritage, because when am angry she will stand to give me my father's oriki and before you know it I am smiling.

    Me too .. :) Im happy I could understand a bit or maybe got a general idea but I wish someone can explain to me in not so hard yoruba terms or English the Oriki for Ijesha people .. I'm Ipetu - Ijesha and proud! :) And I realized I am losing touch with the little culture I was brought up with so I am going back to digging into my roots and making sure I never forget no matter where I am

    I love this but wat about the connection between the lineage talk known as oriki that affect the children . I mean give them the solution rather than connecting them with what will affect their eternity
