Operation manual for rear-loading garbage truck AT-4021 on DAYUN CGC1120 chassis (9 cubic meters)

♻️ We bring to your attention the operating instructions for a modern rear-loading garbage truck AT-4021 with a superstructure of its own production by the Kremenchuk plant of municipal equipment ALFATEKS.
🚚 The base for the attachment is the popular DAYUN CGC1120 chassis of the 4x2 wheel formula.
The receiving hopper of the AT-4021 garbage truck's attachments is particularly durable due to the use of wear-resistant metal.
⚙️ The hopper volume is 9 cubic meters. The weight of solid waste that can be loaded is 5500 kg.
Garbage can be loaded from Eurocontainers (0.06 - 1.1 cubic meters) using a manipulator or manually directly into the receiving hopper of the garbage truck. Garbage is unloaded by an ejector plate.
All system elements are located outside the loading body, which prevents contamination and provides quick access for maintenance and diagnostics.
The waste compaction ratio reaches 3:1.
