hydroxide 2lb per gal of water. mix it and let it set for 15 mins or so, then give it a squirt of dawn. I use one of those cheap drill stirrers from walmart for paint cans to mix. less likely to get it in your eye. Let it set like you did for 15 mins or so then surface clean. I've had excellent results with this for difficult oil stains. Sometimes ya can't get em out, though.
