Absolutely correct about poutine! Fresh cut fries are a must!!!
We have had Poutine 2-3 times. I always found it good for a quick grab lunch when you first arrive at Disney Springs on your day of arrival after you have checked into your hotel or resort. We always park in the Lime garage and enter Springs from there. Poutine is a quick walk and a quick service. I haven't tried every selection. I had the one with the tomatoes and ranch dressing and I think the Italian.
Unfortunately, D-Luxe Burger has just removed the Beef Wellington burger from the menu

We had the Beef Wellington Burger and all 3 of us LOVED IT! I don’t eat burgers much, but really wanted to try this one. SO glad I did! Best burger ever! I posted about it in a Disney Annual Passholder group and they were like 50/50 on opinions. But we LOVED it!
Running out of ideas, I get it, there’s only so many times all these WDW vloggers can go to these same parks and Disney Springs….the beginning of the end I guess for all of them
I wonder if you can ask for the meat to be seared a bit more to get that crisp you want at DLux. I love their bbq burger.
I always get the kids burger at Dluxe because it comes with fries and a drink for under $10. It's a small burger (think slider size) but it's always smashed and delicious w crispy edges

I wanted to recommend the Funky Chicken sandwich at Everglazed. They serve it either on a bun or donut. I have never had the donut, sounds a little much, but the sandwich is delicious. My favorite thing at the Springs. Don’t know if it will top that Beef Wellington burger for you, but it’s definitely worth a try!
We LOVE D-Luxe! There are 2 patties on all of thier burgers, so perhaps if you asked if they would do it with just one you'd like it more?
