As I'm in Canada and not going to get to see this tour... I'm extremely thankful to these videos. Can't tell you the weird aspect of nostalgia hearing Hinata sing this and remembering the literal first time I heard this song play on Much Music here in Canada.

Did you not listen to her cover of Ride by Sole and Bad by Kriz? She did the duet by herself and switched the cadence as if it was nothing. If anything, Hinata is a contemporary singer that fits a wide range of genres. There are so many options for her to lock into.
@@riopato2009I didn't mean that her Korean singing was bad. The girl has a beautiful voice and she can sing, but I thought that the Western style suited the nature of her voice and made it stand out more.

The next mini album. Something Ain't Right was done before Woke Up but Simon wisely decided Woke Up was better to release that first after Winter Without You and Undisputed. Chisa, Juria and Hinata doing Losing You was basically when Hinata herself felt she was now ready and felt more comfortable singing in English. That's when Simon decided to give her the chorus alone on Woke Up instead of Chisa or Juria. Basically to say 2024 was gonna show people a new XG and a new Hinata that ALPHAZ were waiting to see
