Damn these bots have taken over all my favourite financial UA-cam tubers - annoying as hell. Great content as always mate. I have made a nice 40 % gain this year watching your content. Excited to see your channel growing, keep up the stunning consistency. Wishing you happy new year 2025 ! Excited
It’s super frustrating and requires me to remove them individually (which I always do). Thanks for your kind words and support my friend and hope you also have a happy new year! 😊
Did not know Zoetis and L3Harris, nice finds! Any ideas why L3Harris is not performing so well? And btw, Lockheed Martin had a good plunge, might be an interesting one to revisit.
Can you make a video about Takeuchi MFG and Yamato Kogyo. With dividends of 4 % +, 40 % of the market cap in net cash and massive share buybacks they are literally made for this channel! ☺
I believe DGRO actually won last time I backtested them. I didn't expect the results and SCHD was definitely struggling at the time. The results would likely be different by now. Use Portfolio Visualizer. It's free and allows you to run scenarios like this. Also, since this is an oddly common thing people misunderstand--I assume because it's a word with an ampersand. It's S&P 500. Standard and Poor's. There's also SPGI if you want to track the company themselves. Decent stock as well
Crown Castle has been floundering for years. They had interest from activist investor, Elliot Management and an attempted coup from their founder after the CEO and CFO quit. After over a 50% price drop, I’m still uninspired. They lag AMT and SBA in many important metrics. Those are better candidates, but still facing headwinds. Can CCI turn it around? Elliot has been remarkably successful in helping other businesses. If the founder and Elliot team up, I would bet on it. Unfortunately, shareholders fought off both suitors in favor of their latest CEO’s plans. The numbers don’t tell the whole story here. Any attempts to value Crown must be tempered by a healthy skepticism of their management and business plans. You have to look deeper. The downgrades are legitimate. That said, they may start selling assets to buy back shares and stop the bleeding in their fiber holdings. That would likely cause a nice temporary boost in price. However, interest rates are not beneficial at the moment. So it would likely be wise of management to slow roll buybacks, collect attractive interest rates and buy vigorously when macro conditions change or their price is more of a bargain. But .. that’s just my opinion, one that you didn’t ask for. So consider or ignore it as you believe appropriate.
@@ThatonedudeCR12956 My main concern is that they are close to selling a big chunk of assets. If that's so, then they're likely to cut the dividend (similar story to WPC). I don't mind holding dividend cutters long-term, if, in a rare case, they happen to be quality companies, but I'd like to have all the info still.
@ackbuilder8262 Much better...shoud I buy REITs, when they are going up because of future FED rate cuts or should I buy them when they are going down because they are disappointed of the FEDs no rate cuts? Your turn...
Even if the Fed doesn't cut rates in 2025 I think REITS are near the bottom. That means another year to accumulate at low prices while cashing in high dividends in the meantime.
@noname-yt7sk while market gain is 27% in ‘24, dividends are not gains. My point is that you could be missing out on what makes you money while you are collecting reits for potential future gains.
@@rokker333 I am more than 30 years in the market (in 30 more years I will not have to deal with that so much I guess...) and have dividend stocks in my portfolio. Just not this one...

PepsiCo a dividend king with 50+ years of increases?! That’s the kind of stability I like to see, but is it too late to get in at these levels? 🤔

Going long on Abbvie and Merck🙏

$ZTS great company! I already own it but will buy every dip 💪🏻
What about RITM my friend.
variation method involves calculating volatility of stock rice over a period of time
i think the price of stock will go down that was what my couch SOPHIEKATHRYNJONES said and i believe her
thanks for sharing
Snowball DRIP or straight SMP500 for 10 years, which wins? SCHD, DGRO or SMP
SCHD

Could you please do CCI? They were deranked from Borderline safe to unsafe recently.
They look like they are pretty much at a fair value right now. I personally would not buy them over $100.

Abbvie are going to be melted in a few years over Lupron. It's not an if but when.
Appreciate the videos. Your valuation models are really good.
Thanks. Actually now is time for REITs...
Feds won’t cut rates this year, may be .25% once. It will not lead to mortgage rates going down. REITs will have another tough year.

Will you buy a second hand car from this guy ?
Mondelez.
Why? Can hardly outperform the inflation. If you are lucky.
@@Eunegin23 Well, it is a video on dividend stocks. It is not a growth stock. BTW stocks are compounding, inflation does not.
