Two things that REALLY disappointed me in this vehicle purchase were the poor quality of the maps (half of the places I go are in unknown areas, apparently. Even the ones that have been there for 20 or more years.....) and the awkwardness of dealing with the bluetooth phone. I've yet to figure out how to make a call on this system.

How to download your phone contacts to your car: You have to go to the Phone Option in your Q60; then click download contacts. If you have an Android, it will take a little longer than an iPhone. Hello Greard Akumchi, The Napleton Family apologizes for the late response, but it is the same way as the iphone, turn your bluetooth on on your phone; then go to settings in your QX60; then click connect to bluetooth. find your phone and pair. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
