Hummm propane pressure regulator... wonder if that's my problem. Like you, I've replaced sail switch, other safety switch, control board, re gapped the ignitor, new gasket to seal that and always passed bench test. Then work sometimes, but after a few cycles, quit igniting. I was thinking that gas valve in the furnace not functioning right (unless that is the psi regulator). Stove & fridge wirk fine off propane so the auto tank switch is working to flow propane. My built-in generator runs off gas (seperate fuel source). I'll have to see where this pressure regulator might be on my unit. If I can get the furnace going on a 19 yr old camper, then I might sell it to some deer hunter up here in the north cheap vs jumping it for zero dollars. All else works other than some wood rot in the front corner (all sealed up water tight with inner walls torn out - not good for family camping)
