I'm 100% sure that is not Jonghyun at all. I've been with SHINee for almost 5 years now and I've managed to pick up a few things and IMO, it sounds nothing like Jonghyun at all especially the high notes & mannerisms. Even if the whole point of the game show is to mask yourself from the panel, it's not easy to completely reinvent himself like that, it's just way too big of a difference. Even the way he pronounces words is different imo. It's just my deductions but idk, it could be him but I'm still leaning the other way lol.

Another reason why he isn't Jonghyun is the mannerisms. Jong will bend down sometimes when he sings higher notes or exerts himself, like his head will go downwards. This guy seems too relaxed. Plus Jonghyun's voice is more breathy than this guy's. This guy's voice seems to be "stuck at the back of his throat" - I have no other way to describe that sound. And this guy's dancing along to the music totally doesn't match what Jong would do. Lastly, this guy isn't wearing nice shoes or insoles LOL. I just think shawols are too obsessed with the desire for SHINee to appear on masked singer that they think anyone who sounds a tad bit similar must be him.
ryeowook and jonghyun stan here! my point is that i think the tough guy is jonghyun but i may be wrong. firstly, i noticed that his breath in between the lines of the songs are rather heavy and deep which sounds like jonghyun's. whereas, ryeowook's is more subtle. secondly, the high notes at the beginning sound nothing like ryeowook but more like jonghyun's. thirdly, the hand gestures and actions are similar to jonghyun's. if you watch ryeowook's solos, he sings with his other hand placed on his stomach or at rest. whereas jonghyun usually has big actions or he likes raising his hand.

It really does sound like it could be Jonghyun putting on an odd tone or voice, but it's definitely not is normal voice If it's not Jonghyun, then it's someone who oddly has a similar voice to Jonghyun, but it could easily not be him. I'm a Shawol especially Blinger for 4 years... I actually thought this is Jonghyun's voice at first... But when I repeated the video many times, also compared it to many Jonghyun's fancams, I started to doubt it. Why? First, Jjong's techniques for high notes is different (the 상남자 high note in the beginning is somehow different for me). Second, his gestures and body languages seemed different than the real Jjong (except he disguised himself perfectly, bcoz 상남자 swayed just too much for Jjong's gestures - - "). Then, the way he pronounced 몰라 (molla) is also different, even started to became more like SJ Ryeowook's voice. Even though Jjong's vocal color is recognizable, his height, etc that referring to Jjong, I'm not sure that 상남자 is Jonghyun. However, that's what I thought based on my hearing and my knowledges about Jjong. Well, it'd be great if that is Jjong, of course... ^^
