    You posted a video of hariyali chicken earlier.. i cooked it yesterday! ...using country chicken. Gravy at the end was not green anymore but brown.😡 But it tasted heavenly!! 🙏 thank you

    Your every cooking video is a self explaining documentary. Very short but educates more. No background music but cutting, saute, frying and seething makes sweet music. Your different types of vessels plays a character roll. I watch all your videos but don't have time to comment on every video. I'm sorry for that. I follow some of your cooking style. Because cooking is my hobby. A big thanks for all your videos.

    Wow tried it today. Quite easy , only onion to chop! Everything else mixie . Made mistake with using non-dairy yogurt, which had some sugar, but still came out well since I used extra green chillies.

      It's a brass deep fry pan. In Hindi it's called PEETAL. In Tamil Pithalay. In Telugu Ithadi. Once upon a time it was the cooking vessels in Indian tradition. But now modern vessels took place the so called non stick which is harmful for our health.
