It is insanely good. Then season 6 happened and I was like .. well .. OK. And then season 7 happened and I was like .. ok and watched the season 8 just because I wanted a closure. But I am so happy that you can share this amazing series. At least the first few seasons. :D
People tend to watch the season "lore" after the season. I think it's a good idea to watch BEFORE the season. That way you get to know the houses and people as they are brought up in the show.

The problem with filming GoT reaction videos is it is a substantial amount of recording and editing. While it will be enjoyable for us, its a lot of resources for you. Perhaps what you could do is just roll a camera to get some reactions and do a summary video that includes a few episodes and then use some of the video clips.
