I am SO GLAD Jayco has finally added this layout into their lineup. I personally feel this is one of the best concepts for couple's camping in a half-ton (provided you don't mind the open bedroom). Their inclusion of a Murphy Bed system opens this one up EVEN FURTHER than isn't something I've ever seen from any other builder before!!

Biggest issue we had with trailers is no generator. Traveling in the south it’s hot as hell when you make a stop. Love to see models that include a genset for the ac
if they got rid of the dinet and just made that an entertainment center with retractable tv it would be perfect. There are to many redundancies in this for seating. IMO
Agree since it's a murphy bed model.
Most single RVers never use the dinette to eat at. Just give a standing tray and I am set.
@@evedallas2271 yeah, u-dinettes are good for families but I don't find normal dinettes comfortable.
Or some kind of desk
Cougar does a table/chairs I like there.
Yes, ditch the dinette. Add entertainment center and/or more storage
Uncle Josh, by far you are the best in all of you tube world. My friends and family look forward to all of your video. Thank you so much for working hard for us. We love you❤
Wow TY Man :)
You're welcome, brother. My youngest granddaughter at 2 even knows who unk Josh is. You're famous in our Phamily my friend.
Yasssss! This is the RV for me. I love that you can see your campsite from the dinette, the Huge kitchen at the back, and most of all the murphy bed doesn't get in the way of the door when it's in the down position. I LOVE that.
I love this floor plan with the big kitchen and the nice open window to see the whole outdoor camp site. Great feature. ❤️
Simply glad to see Jayco has stepped it up more than a few notches, in my opinion. Really nice looking end product. Great layout.
Bonus: adjustable/closeable vents.
Another great video. Thanks.
This looks like the most interior space in the shortest, lightest trailer.
The slide is not very deep, which doesn't expand the space as much as a deep slide, but it is carrying a lot of weight, so that could be the reason. I'm not a fan of sliding the appliances, but I do love the amount of space this floor plan allows.
Yeah, it’s definitely a big case of give and take
I do not like the murphy bed's...usually. We would probably not use it and keep it in bed mode but when you do have some people over on a rainy day you can have everyone in there seated comfortably. This is probably one of my favorites now. Really digging this one.
Wow ty for watching!!
If you are new to this channel you found the best review channel on UA-cam.! !!
Appreciate that
Interesting Floorplan for Jayco! I do Like the fact that they are tuning into the consumer's needs for various models. Personally, this one is not for me, as the murphy bed is a show stopper; but I do like the innovation I am seeing in this model! I was pleasantly surprised at the Road-Mode access this unit has.....and I like the campside viewing window coverage as well. Thanks, Josh, for going the extra hours and showing us all the RV models as they become available! All the Best! ~Lou

Murphy beds make a lot of sense & use of space.... BUT.... When we looked at a Jayco murphy a few years back; experience told us we'd have to upgrade the mattress very soon. There in lies the issue. The mattress has to be able to fold on some models but most if not all can only be a relatively thin to store up and latch. Still a very nice unit and will be the ticket for the right people. We did end up with a Jayco though. They are good units.
yep yep.
I like the creative designs in these 23's. I like the rear window and door side windows. Outside really looks sharp!
Definitely upping their features. Would like to have the option of ditching the speakers and radio for the camera package installed.
I'm in favor of no outside speakers myself on RVs
Love the perfect balance of black and beige detailed moldings without too much. Feels plush and minimalist. I'm so tired of saddle brown😫👍👍
TY Michele
Love it it is a bit overkill with seating for 2 but... making the dinette a remote working area instead...
Josh This looks like a Very well thought out new Floorplan from Jayco ,Great new Floorplan, could become Jayco's #1selling Floorplan 😊😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
BTW it looks like that bathroom and kitchen are Cougar inspired! Great use of space overall!😊😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Great Work Josh! Now get some rest bud😊
That's such a sweet layout! Love the upgraded support struts. Keep5.the great content coming!
The kitchen is fantastic! I need a big refrigerator with separate freezer and a pantry is a must! Just because you are camping does not mean you are stuck eating only basic food. I like the Murphy bed as I have a thing about not having people come inside and sit on my bed but this unit has enough seating on it's own so you could have a set bed and just curtain it off.
Same.... we would probably have the bed down the majority of the time, but if we have guests I'd want the bed up. The dinette has to go though
A nice unit, and I’m fond of Jaycos in general and I like the Murphy bed. However, I prefer the Cougar model you featured last year. It has a true queen sized bed along with having the windshield, making it more open and spacious feeling. The Cougar also has a window in the bathroom which I prefer
I love this unit!!! Love the solar, frig, tv combo. Love this floor plan. Love the campsite windows. Would like to see two max air fans and porcelain toilet. ❤️
I love it! It’s a hard choice between this camper and the Imagine 22MLE though. Couple of things I don’t like, the faucet in the shower is too low, the Murphy bed I’m not crazy about, and the grey and black tanks are too small. With the XLS 22MLE, it has aluminum construction, full, full time queen bed, and the grey tank is 45gal, and black tank is 37gal. The Jayco only has 30gal for both. However, the exterior on the Jayco is perfect. I wouldn’t change anything, and the execution of the interior is spot on, especially in the bathroom, as compared to the Imagine XLS. Although, I would rather have the it’s shower than the Jayco. On the other hand, I really love the dinette on the camp side with the large window. It’s much better than the XLS.
So I’m really torn. Go for the well executed Jayco, or the Imagine XLS 22MLS, that has it where it counts. What’s your thoughts Josh?
Put the toilet at an angle next to the shower, put the sink where the toilet is and slightly reduce the bathroom storage. Poof, you now have a “prime poopin position”👍
You rock Josh, thanks for working late!
my pleasure :)
I’m a electrician and I have to say THIS would be the perfect Mobile Command Center for my projects that take over a year. Job site office, break room and a good clean spot to have meetings I’M SOLD!! Also Josh do you have stickers of your logo??
Actually.. we JUST made me my first roll! They're not out for sale or anything quite yet but we're getting there!
This is perfect for my use, who wants to sit on their bed if you have a few people over to entertain. I'm a big fan of the Murphy bed I love the layout and I think this is a home run. It's nice to be able to sit in a comfortable chair and another person may want to lay in the bed or if you have four people plenty of room to sit around and chat. Thanks Josh this was a good one.
NEVER been a fan of the murphy bed.
Thx Robert!
Really nice layout! Great travel mode and fresh water capacity! Wish they had gone with a full sized oven in that beautiful kitchen. And a Gen prep package would make this the real deal!
Loving it. Love camp side windows.
Awesome 👌 my new best favorite at only 26' and under 5200 lbs.
It's a good addition to their lineup
@@JoshtheRVNerd I noticed it has no rear hitch for a bike rack or cargo tray... Is that something that can be added either by Jayco or a dealership?
@@commonsenseguy8189 Jayco doesn't offer optional rear hitches on these. The type of chassis they use on Feathers isn't really the best for modifying either
There are bumper hitches but they're light duty at best
we have the Grand Design 22MLE and we love it. It is the same floor plan but no murphy bed. it is 26ft 1 inch long. GD makes a 17MKE that has the Murphy bed . Jayco has come a long way to satisfy the customers.
Jay feather is doing good stuff
Wish it was in budget! Love love love 😘 paying cash and refuse to go in debt for it 😭
Nice version of the floor plan. It's nice to see how the different manufacturers pull this one off.
Although I like the idea of the murphy bed and the extra space it provides inside.........I really don't like what it does to the pass through storage compartment.........whenever there is a murphy bed the pass through compartment always seems to be compromised. Being that pass through storage compartment seems to be the only exterior storage on this trailer, that could be an issue if you like to bring along griddles, chairs, and other outside equipment.
Maybe I'm just being overly picky, but I like having all of the various utility connections brought to one common area of the trailer. It just makes it easier when it is time to connect and disconnect hoses and cords.
I think I like the Cougar 22MLS version of this layout better...........but that's just me. I could live without the king bed they provide, but I like the larger exterior storage that bed provides, they have better solar equipment, and the water docking station is a nice addition.
This one's murphy design doesn't interfere with their pass-thru. Bendy beds don't do that. It's one of their benefits.
What you're seeing is just Jay Feather's pass-thru setup.. which means you just don't like Jay Feather pass-thrus which is fine lol :)
TY for the comparison info.
Take a look at the imagine or spirit in this list:
→ Cougar 22MLS: bit.ly/2Z3DxKz
→ Imagine 22MLE: bit.ly/3IBBLSs
→ Spirit 2252MD: bit.ly/3P74fGy
→ Sundance 231ML: bit.ly/3zGszLB
Similar to that cougar but queen beds.
or the sundance i suppose
@@JoshtheRVNerd Josh, thank you for clarifying that. I think you are right. How much larger could the pass through storage be if that murphy couch did not exist? I think that is one of the things that I prefer with the Couger 22MLS. Although I personally do not need a king size bed, I do like the larger pass through storage that bed provides. Gives me room for all my outside chair and griddle stuff!
I know one thing…
I wouldn’t change you!
Great job 👏
Haha ty 😊
being single it's too big for me but I think it's great ... more solar and inverter the better
There’s so much seating in this thing you really don’t need to leave the bed up
I kinda wondered the same but at the same time it IS kind of a perfect open setup for a murphy. Maybe for guests? no idea. I'd likely not use the murphy function on it
Bingo! That is awesome!
I like this floorplan. Cougar and Grand Design do something very similar of course.
I like the concept of the Murphy bed but I just can't sleep on a short bed so it would probably be a deal breaker for me. Would a longer mattress work?
I think they could do a better job on TV placement. They could install a drop-down mount to allow the TV to be straight on. That way, when you have the blinds closed, you don't have to develop a crick in your neck. As an old man with cervical pain I appreciate an organic TV angle.
I know they have to make decisions regarding space, especially in the bathroom where we actually spend very little of our time sitting on a toilet. As a righty that toilet space is not optimal.
Very good kitchen area. We don't cook inside very much but all that counter and storage space is appreciated.
Why do manufacturers continue to put those outside speakers on these units? Have they not discovered Bluetooth? A $29 Bluetooth speaker from Amazon will sound much better than those things AND you don't have 2 extra holes in your camper.
Again, I like the floorplan and they do a lot of good things. Just a couple of fairly simple, in my mind, things.
Yeah when slide is closed we can see that a true queen should fit if you wanted to swap one in
And regarding bluetooth? Preach sister.
They still keep waisting counter & storage space for those outdated gas stoves and ovens to! Put the has grill outside! An induction burner fits in a drawer!
@@sandysergent we have an induction cooker that we use. I know they make a 2 burner induction cooktop that would work in an RV.
I bought my first RV in the early 90s and I don't think I have EVER used the oven for anything but a place to store pots and pans.
@@sandysergent Induction is fine if you will only use the trailer on shore power but I want a gas cooktop/range for dry camping and rainy days.
I don't think a swap would work unless they have a custom, 2-piece mattress that is longer. Yes, the Murphy bed comes in two pieces. The only way a longer, standard one-piece replacement mattress could work (in my opinion) is if you you planned on keeping the bed out and never put away. This is what Grand Design offers in their 22MLE, however, I would suggest against a Grand Design unit over this particular unit for reasons that are too many to list.
Thanks for all the wonderful content. I would get rid of the theater seating and replace the dinette with a table and chairs. I would put in an entertainment center with electric fireplace or at least option it that way.
Great idea!
Coming to visit Bish’s, in Great Falls, in the Spring,2023!!
Say hi to the team for me!
Any camper with a Tub, makes me close the tab. I love the walk in showers.
Very nice rig. My wife would say it looks like a good singles camper, Haha!
Looks good except for the murphy bed. Still like the split couch over the theater seats (Although my wife will argue that point). Nice layout
It’s a small thing but I like the fact that Jayco did not just put plain, white storage doors or entry doors on the unit but actually used decals on them to keep the lines looking better.
Absolutely love this, I’ve had my eye on the R-Pods, this may be a game changer
I'll keep this one in mind. Nice for a half-ton truck.
I'm not in to Murphy beds either . Would like a couples camper with a king privacy and a bathroom next to the bedroom. (Spouse gets migraines so she needs dark and quiet room.). Towable up to 10,000 lbs, lighter the better. 🤗
Try this one bit.ly/3F0CnQe
We like this floor plan across the board but with fixed queen beds (and sorry but keeping murphy bed down all of the time is still a murphy bed). The short queen that Jayco seems to be sticking with is also a deal breaker. We like everything else on the interior especially the huge picture window for the dinette. I also like the larger door on the pass-through storage.
Nitrogen fill for everyday use is a sales gimmick. It can make a difference on things like aircraft where you are going through regular extreme temperature and pressure changes or in race cars where you have high heat loads but has no practical effect on regular driving performance or tire life (which tend to age out on RV's well before they would wear out). Some folks will say because nitrogen molecules are larger than oxygen molecules they leak less air. From the numbers I've read about it means instead of checking your tires once a week you could maybe do it every other week. I think for safety's sake I'll still check them everyday when I'm traveling. I more or less take the stance if someone wants to pay extra for nitrogen and it makes them feel more comfortable go for it. As for me I'll stick to 78% nitrogen air.
No totally fair on the “ignore the Murphy” bed
It’s a work around and not the same
Blue light Saber Lighting. #1!
I have to agree with Jim Dye about the seating redundancy but id keepthe dinette & swap the Murphy bed. Honestly, with the fact its useable while in road mode why not just make it a permanent (true) queen bed because that's how I'd use it. Love the kitchen set up. Too bad the potty is tight but overall the concept is good.
We just brought home the Grand Design 22MLE (found it because of your video) and love it. The murphy bed is cool but the full queen in our trailer is a game changer. I do love the bigger basement doors on the Jayco though!
That is one that gets credit for essentially being the original version of this floor plan but everybody else is trying to copy. I do like variety in the marketplace though
I like the look of this. Not a fan of bendy beds but can get a topper
I really like it. The one thing is the room around the toilet might not work for me. I wish the bed was full queen, but love that it is useable for travel stops. The rest is awesome and I like the added picnic table spot.
TY!
I really like this one. The black color scheme makes it look nice. Kind of fancy. I like the idea about no dinette but adding an entertainment center by J. Dye.
I love the look the colors are amazing
Thx Shaunna
This is awesome. Now it’s another one to pick from.
Love the LED lighting around the outside.
Josh! This thing is darn near perfect!
Very nice. Josh keep up the great work.
Awesome!
I love this unit, with the exception of where the TV is placed. Go to the 5:50 mark, pause it and I would rather have it placed on the opposite end, where the top two double doors are. Also I would remove the wall mirror, so the TV could be on a swivel arm and could be moved to a lower viewing angle and still be out of the way.
Looks great👍 thanks man
Love this model, we have been looking at the Grand Design Imagine XLS. Considering models IMAGINE XLS 22MLE - IMAGINE XLS 17MKE. We like the dinette table and the living space area. the 22MLE gives you that separation with the exposure of the bedroom as well. Where the 17MKE gives you the Murphy (unexposed BR) but not the dinette standard, (option only). Most dealers go with the standard, so most likely you would have to order the dinette. BUT!!! this Jay Feather 21MML offers both, or should I say all three areas. Extra living space (no visible sleeping) and a dinette area. LOVE IT! only thing I am opposed of is the solid step entry. Grand Design still uses ALUMINUM ENTRY STEPs at least on the Imagines. I love that. Anyway thank you for bringing your good work to the movies. Gary McChesney
Thanks Gary! I would recommend scrolling down the video description section where I have some links with some similar floorplans if you’d like to compare
I realize that this was filmed a while ago, yet since you were speaking about Will Ferrell & Anchor Man, when he filmed the part of the mechanical shark, I was there to watch. It was actually for Anchor Man II, in Georgia, on my retirement trip, in 2013. He was fun to watch & very interactive, wit the crowd, that was watching.❤😊
wow that's really cool to hear! TY for sharing!
Love the new jacks, the attached ladder, theater seating, abundant windows and rear kitchen👍but you could totally eliminate the dinette and replace it with an entertainment center and fireplace because a couple’s camper doesn’t need seating for 8😕Then add a true queen mattress, standard solar, a porcelain toilet and a real bathroom vent fan and this RV would be AWESOME😁
I LOVE the white cabinetry!
TY!
I love this floor plan. I was waiting for this one. I know it is a camp queen, but I seriously can overlook that with everything else it has. The way that dinofa table is stored is just too genius and I really like that they went ahead and used the max fan over the bed. The coloring of the cabinets really makes it feel spacious. For this size trailer I don’t know how you could get more in it. Thanks for staying up past your bedtime to get us a view!
My pleasure! Ignore the murphy function, swap in a true queen, and BAM! You're done!
@@JoshtheRVNerd good point!
Man, I love this camper!! Plenty of windows...the floor plan is amazing. The colors are great. This puppy would be perfect for my wife and I.
“…my wife and ME!” Check your grammar. 😉
@@standennis6987 You got your way, I got mine.
Love this unit
We finally have some starting to roll into the lot at bit.ly/3JBDEjY
The murphy bed really and travel functionality of this floorplan are very appealing. I wouldn't mind the bendy bed or the fact its a short queen.
The seating redundancy is appealing as well, we camp with a teenager and 2 dogs
The bathroom storage is the best ive seen on this floor plan.
Not having a floor flush slide is one of the reasons we were turned away from this floor plan.
Im not sure if I would have bought this over my 2507s last year but it woulda been close.
I love my outdoor kitchen, spacious bathroom and being able to put a curtain across the dinette bed making it a very large semi private space for our teenage daughter.
Hmm.. this vs 2507s is tough..
This is a great floor plan and light and short. I would like to compare this to the 24MRB Whitehawk. I would really like a fireplace option which would probably require losing the dinette like the Whitehawk. This one has definitely moved to the top of my contenders list for downsizing to a true couples camper.
I have video of that 24MRB coming!
A 21bh would be amazing 22bh a little heavier let’s face it gas prices will never go back down so smaller/lighter will be a must with buyers
This is a awesome floor plan.
We purchased a jayco 212qb.
The only thing it needs are more than 1 USB port
Great video
More USB’s are always handy
@@JoshtheRVNerd
How do we install more without voiding the jayco warranty?
I’ve really been looking forward to seeing the 22BH released! Someday when kids are gone this one looks nice for couples.
That’s another one that’s seriously on my radar
Very Nice 👍 Thanks Josh
my pleasure!
Love the kitchen!!
I do too
I like that the stove ain’t against the fridge
The décor is beautiful, clean and slick. Also love that big window next to the dinette.
It is also kind of absurd most manufacturers put the dinette on the other site instead of having a nice dinner, a conversation or board games looking at the campsite. I didn't think about until I saw this coach.
The storage is impressive too, interior and exterior. I was surprised of the pass thru. Much bigger than most Murphy bed competitors.
I would definitely get the griddle option or at least the stand.
It is also great they provide the floating table with a designated storage.
With the dinette and double dinofa, you can entertain a big group. 6-7 comfortably, even some chubby ones.
For a small RV, this is one of the best kitchens I can remember.
What is the size of the fridge?
Fridge is 8cu ft if 12v and 6cu ft if two way in feathers
We just looked at one in y our Juction City location. REALLY like this floor plan for a couple.
Ty for visiting our team!!
Very nice
Hey Josh! She's a beauty!, but I'm still crazy about the Rockwood 2205s. Just so hard to beat this one.
You're not wrong!
nice camper. i have a 2022 224bh jayco. my side lights don't blink. and the one pet peeve i do have is the power cord doesn't retract into the camp. you have to store it.
Josh, thank you for profiling this RV. I definitely have enjoyed seeing the different manufacturers' versions of this floor plan. Jayco did a very nice job on this. As you will probably guess, my comments are as follows. Thumbs down on the camp queen bendy bed, although with a Murphy bed configuration something has to give. Thumbs up for the power tower in the kitchen! That is one thing that I frequently suggest on the non-stick and tin trailers like this one. I appreciate Jayco's 2 + 3 warranty. It definitely I think puts owners more at ease especially if this is a first RV purchase. I'm a fan of The farmhouse decor although I know many viewers are not. I'm not sure what I would really change aside from ditching the short camp queen bendy bed: although another viewer made a good point about seating redundancy having the dinette. With the double dinofas, I do like his idea of an entertainment center with a nice fireplace and swiveling TV; that would definitely be a nice improvement, particularly if you were a solo or couple camping and didn't have to worry about having additional sleeping space for guests. Another really nice one here, Josh. Thanks for staying late to get this one on video for us!
It was my pleasure!!
Nice design would be nice if jayco had the option of a regular queen bed and not a Murphy bed
As mentioned in the video you can literally just ignore the murphy function and slap in a true queen bed if desired
Nice floor plan I like this you did a great job I could live in this
Ty!!
Nice
You sound like Jim Gaffigan. I love this rig - I wish I had a truck.
♫ Hot Pocket ♫
Appreciate ya working overtime for the UA-cam fam! 1 question: is it possible to remove the Dinette seat closest to the door? Is the flooring finished underneath or cut around? Thanks in advance.
I believe it is. Nothing really in there that I can remember
Always like to see the road mode. With grandchildren you need bathroom access on the side of the road
Thank you Josh!!! I watched a video of this same Jayco from a Ft Worth dealer. I kept saying love the Jayco! BUT!!!! JOSH would be showing it in more details AND he would be showing what it was like with the slide in! Thank you Josh you rv nerd
My pleasure!!!
Very Nice
Thanks!
I don't recall getting Nintendoneck, but boy do I remember getting Nintendo thumb playing RC ProAm. A ventless Jayco, and it looks good too! I could see this working for us if it had to. That's sort of become a new standard for us. We know what models we want and we have our preferences, but it's pointless to look at other units if the response is "Nope, it's not the unit or brand we've chosen so it fails", so the bar has been set to, "If someone gave us this unit or we inherited it or something, would it do what we need it to do?" With this one, I think it would serve us well within the role it's meant to fill, but ultimately we'd want something better suited for full-timing in all climates. That is an impressive passthrough for a trailer of its size! Open storage in the bathroom isn't a bad thing. :P
Rc ProAm!! 🙌🏻
This looks great! I love the Murphy bed, and all the kitchen storage too! So many options for use come to mind. What do they expect solar operation will allow to be used in the RV? Would the A/C not drain the juice too much? Or about what level of solar support would you need to be able to maintain that? I also like that you can traverse the whole camper with the slide in AND put the bed down too. That could be helpful on a long trip where you might need to take a nap or a potty break. To me, this makes it very user friendly. Also, love the decor options. So many seem so dark. This one was nice.
There is no factory allowance for AC function on this one. That’s big money Solar. Not battery tending like you see here
@@JoshtheRVNerd Thanks Josh- I know zero about these things!
I like the Murphey option. Although I don't like a bendy bed. Can't change out the mattress easy-peasy with a more comfy one. However, with two sofa/recliner areas, if you don't have company, you can leave the bed down. I wish it had a windshield for 360 window coverage.
Very nice windows
Like the murphy bed, wish they adopt the Rockwood mini drop frame to avoid the bendy bed.
Glad to see there’s no front window, always seemed like a waste when you have the murphy bed.
Under 600lb hitch weight - thank you from a half-ton truck owner.
Puny 31 gallon gray tank in a 26’ RV.
Wish they could have incorporated a small camp kitchen, at least a small fridge.
Like the free swinging TV, never thought the framing of a TV was necessary.
That mini drop frame is present only on the 80" murphy beds
Models like the 2509S avoid the bendy bed but have a camp queen as a result
Looks great we currently have a Jay and love it but we don't have the theater seating and we can't walk on each side of the bed. This model I would consider buying if the price is right ....
That thumbnail is awesome!!
Well ty. I am not a graphics designer by any means and have only basic tools to do what I do
@@JoshtheRVNerd It's Jaycos blues lights! I love how they deck the entire outside with them. It looks so good! Thank you for making the absolute best RV videos provided on youtube!
Hey! Love your videos. They've been very educational. I'm not buying a new RV anytime soon, but like to window shop in the meantime. I'm from Louisiana, so purchasing a new camper from you guys would, unfortunately, be not possible. However, I have a question for you regarding RV brands. Once all the kiddo's are all out on their own, the wife and I want to get a nice couples camper. It will be a major upgrade from the Coleman 17B we have now. Anyway, I narrowed it down to two different campers. I love the floor plan for it! Imagine XLS 22MLE. Very nice. I see a lot of Imagines down here. But recently I discovered the 2023 Jayco Jay Feather 21MML via your video. It looks so much nicer than the Imagine! and I love the stabilizers. Actually, pretty much everything is better about it, but the XLS has much bigger grey and black tanks, and fresh water, than the 21MML, and it has a full Queen, which I'd rather have. I'm not totally against murphy beds, but I don't know how comfortable they are comparatively, and I'm not sure I want to have to close it up everyday. Anyway, other than those differences, is there anything else I should consider that would sway me one way or the other? You should totally do a video comparing the two! Do you have anyway thoughts one way or the other? Thanks, your fan, Mike
They each have their own ups and down for sure. I think what might help you is comparing a few other versions of the layout from some other builders

It looks like a facsimile of a Grand Design 22 MLE not Impressed! Is a great lay out and what I like the most is the Solar Packages however I keep the GD 22 MLE
Nitrogen tires: there's a few benefits but I think the downsides for most people make it redundant. Pure nitrogen in a tire does help with keeping the pressures a little more stable as the tire warms up which can help with tire life and traction. It's a performance trick that came from racing but on street tires it's not nearly as useful. My issue is that you have to go find somewhere to fill your tires with it and if your tires are low but you need to go somewhere or find somewhere to fill them then you're negating any benefits of tire life from using nitrogen by driving with poor tire pressure. Tire life is a huge thing on motorcycles and with maintaining good pressures you can drastically extend the life of your tires. Low tires will wear out as fast as a couple thousand miles while the same tire on the same bike but aired up every other week might last 15k-20k miles. I say buy a compressor and just top up your tires as needed rather than bothering with nitrogen.
Wish this was under 5000 lbs, love the floor plan
I don’t have a trailer nor an rv but I like watching your videos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
