I was expecting the Clorinde companion quest to get more Lumine lines :( ... but doing them from the start is a good idea, you'll have to complete some prerequisite quests for the next ones though. About trying to react to Natlan trailer at the end: when I play Genshin and open a web browser (for example when there is a web event like the Emilie perfume one), my game is totally freezing too, so you should definitely simply close Genshin in that case.
Honestly, I was surprised when you suddenly brought up Final Fantasy 7 topic. Pleasantly surprised I mean). That part of the FF series is my the most favorite)). You could say that my introduction to FF began from this game 😅 (I've known Final Fantasy since my childhood thanks to my dad. He played FF9, but stopped at the Village of Dali.) Cloud Strife is my favorite protagonist; I like it how he manages to overcome his past trauma, his friendship with his companions, and how he finds his true "self" (at the beginning he was litteraly "not interested" type, but as the story progresses he softens little by little and becomes very nice guy). And I also like the locations and the game plot).
at the very least, if you level those characters to 20 you get a blue wish gem
