Yay! Murrieta! Im so glad you talked about this community! In my opinion Murrieta is so worth it the school’s and convenience of all stores! It’s a nice hidden gated community away from the main road! Very private 🙂👍!

@@michaelc730 if you use price as an indicator, the market has decided Greer is more desirable and therefore more expensive. Greer has many more amenities but Rancho Bella Vista has a much more affordable HOA. I’d you need close freeway access for commuting, Greer would likely be the better choice. These communities are quite different IMO
Thank you for the drone shots showing the mountain bike trails near Greer Ranch. Finally someone pointed them out! We are mountain bikers & have been wondering where the best trails are in this area. Only drone shots can take you there. Please show more MTB trails. It really helps us in our home search to decide on the areas we like best!

North side will be impacted by new community called Murrieta Hills going through environmental review since 94 -also Greer Ranch used to belong to the Greer Family and created with Lennar to develop the canyon area - Everett Place is named after the patriarch of the Greer Family -
Hi DJ Cali. Yes, the HOA is high for our area, but like we say in the video, the gaurd gates requires staffing as well as all the other costs for landscaping and amenities in there. We think it is a good value particularly compared to LA, OC and SD areas that are often north of $300 for communities that are not as nice.

My home insurance was not affected by fire increase. I live in Greer and only pay $1350 a year for my homeowners insurance. Not really understanding what increase you are talking about? Great video too , love it!!
Hi! The fire insurance situation I mentioned applies potentially to new buyers trying to get a new policy, not existing policies. It would be pretty jerky to get an existing policy cancelled, although I have heard it can happen, but it’s unlikely. 👍 Thanks for watching!
