@ 2:20 if you swipe up you will get a rundown also @ 12:10 they added my controls with the latest version of the app where you see and customize the buttons. A question I had was, I am exchanging my buds and I was wondering how would I go about removing the old ones and adding the new ones when I get them within the sound+ app
On the left and right ear pod you need to swipe up for more information, the app was not just showing you the case and the left and right pods in the app there is information about what they do and the functions!

Hi, My app is running at the connecting mode with the message headset trying to connect the device. It's been happening for almost 2 days now. What to do??
The only Jabra apps that comes up are Jabra Assist and Jabra Service... I clicked on "Connect new Jabra device" when the app opens, and when I do that a list of different Jabra devices show up except for headphones… How the f do I find Jabra Sound+? I used Google play, but when I search for it, it doesn't come up. Can somebody help? Edit: Found out the app is not compatible with my over used Samsung Galaxy Note 3 😅
When it shows the diagram with yellow pulsating circles on different things, all you do is drag up and it scrolls up to let you read descriptions on each. I personally wish you could set timers for Soundscape. And I wish Jabra had more functionality to voice assistant. For me it only says "Hearthrough on/off", "device connected/disconnected" and "head to the Bluetooth menu on your phone to pair". Not really an active assistant, like telling you the time or notifications on command. And those are pretty basic functions that most, even cheap, Bluetooth headsets have.
Do any of these wireless headphones have a fitness app?? I ordered a pair of "Jabra Sports Elite" head phones but canceled that order after I found out that it was on "back order" Thanks

@@JustNicholas247 bahaha. my name is the BEST! by fitness app.. I mean an app that tracks calories, distance, heart rate...etc. The Jabra Elite Sport has a fitness app. I think these the only head phones the market to have such an app. Most other head phone apps are for sound quality.
Good review, but this device is not totally reliable, I bought one and I didn’t like the sound and call quality. Also, I am stuck with the firmware version 1.24.
great video, but super disappointed. I got 75t and they work fine, I can listen to music but no matter what I do, I cannot get the sound+ app to recognize my ear buds. im using iphone12, tried powering down phone, uninstalling/installing the app, and putting earbuds back in case and letting them charge in the case for an hour. im giving up, app developer should have done a better job!
Have you tried the activate sound in the find my jabra feature? I can't seem to find it in my app. Anyways, really informative vid!!

I don’t think Jabra put that tech into these buds, maybe their newer ones

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10 and Elite 75t buds. Sound+ Program doesn't run past pairing bluetooth. Is there a glitch with Samsung phones?
