I got my ITA on the last draw that took place in 2020 December . CRS was 470. i have even completed my biometrics in march 2021. As of now, my profile has not moved after that. I think this year would be dedicated to completing the pending backlogs. People who have a score below 490 would struggle to get an ITA now even if the ITA draws for EE outland candidates restart. Someone who is making a profile for express entry and waiting to get FSW ITA. You ain't gonna reach Canada in 2023 also.

It depends on the provinces, there are enough opportunities in Quebec. Sadly we Keralites aren't great in French. There are provinces on the artic Coast. They need people. If everyone is only interested in the major cities obviously it would be crowded. Please try to diversify your area of search. These other provinces do offer a quality of life higher than Kerala as well.
It is extremely hard to an Australian pr directly from India. In the present circumstances even a Canadian PR directly from India is extremely hard with the huge backlogs and huge points required. If at all you are going to go to these two countries to study and from there trying to get a PR. Then Canada is way far easier than Australia in the present sense. But always remember the policies of countries can change anytime. So what I'm saying now could be true for a year or even two at most

You can apply for jobs. But, if you get a PR only you would stand a good chance to get a job. Being in the express entry pool is kinda pointless in the current scenario. You need to get an ITA after that there is a journey till you can get a PR. It is from there searching for jobs etc become more fruitful.

It's not a ban bro. They can't technically make ITA draws for outland applicants. They have lot of pending visa applications to finalize. Once that is almost sorted they would restart.
