    Another trick for anxiety... Remember to breathe alllllll the way out when you breathe, slowly and effortlessly and not forcefully.
    People with Anxiety tend to breathe IN more then they do OUT, this creates a lot of "stale air" in the lungs and that builds more anxiety.

      Oh! Since I got a highlight, I'll give you all one more tip:
      Work to release your Psoas muscle. The Psoas is the deepest muscle in the body and is the biggest connector to our fears/anxieties. Physically releasing that muscle will help mentally release anxiety. I recommend the yin style of yoga approach as yin style is more about calming and release (while yang is active and building), but I recommend experimenting above all else to see what works for you.

    I have suffered depression and now anxiety, I worry about things that are unlikely to happen, and my mind blows them up and I end up feeling scared. It really stops me being happy. I really like this I felt a difference just 12 mins in. Thank you.

    Dear Thomas Hall i do not have enough words to thank you. I would just say my healing journey started with your sessions. And those who are doubtful to try subliminal sessions remember whatever you try, try it with faith and consistency. There is no quick fix for a disease that developed and grew over year. Be kind and patient with yourself.

      I used to have panic attacks at work as well. I ended up having to resign from my job because they were so bad.
      I think my problem was with one particular person whom demanded perfection from me and I kept failing. Every time I failed, she would criticize me even more. This would result in me having horrible panic attacks at work and right before I would go into work.
      Maybe someone at your job has unrealistic goals for you to meet and no matter how hard you try to meet them you're always falling short. If this is the case, perhaps go to this person and talk to them about how that person can help you achieve these goals in a timely fashion.

    My body gets very tense when i am anxious, especially in the chest area and it helped a lot, i was able to breathe deeper and generally felt more relaxed . Constant muscular tension often leaves me withouth any energy so it is hard for me to do the work and now i feel more energetic and calm, so it deffinitelly works, thank you for that!

    hi Thomas I have been suffering from panic disorder for 2 years now. my symptoms involve the fear of not being able to breathe. lately it glass gotten worse my throat feels tight often and I fear eating will result in choking and sometimes feels like food gets stuck in throat. ive even thought I had allergic reactions even though im not allergic to anything. please help I cannot live like this anymore

      @@acespectre5461 I have suffered from panic attacks and anxiety for over 40 years. The first time I had a panic attack I couldn't find a Doctor that new what was wrong. I got lucky and finally found one that put me on imipramine. He said its caused by a chemical that everyone has in their brain and that I just have an intolerance for this chemical. Before finding this Doctor my panic attacks went away for ten years and then cam back full strength. The imipramine work for 30bueats and ten stopped working and I have since to find anything else that works for me. I just got mind strong and decided that I'm in control and learned how to stop them myself. I one had a doctor tell me he couldn't help me and the he was going to offer to sell me his book and controlling anxiety and panic attacks. He told me afyer the interview that he wished the he'll he would I've talked to me before he wrote his book because I jad developed so many way to control it. The way I inderstand it is we can train our brains to release our own endorfins. One thing I jave a problem with is my mond won't shit down at night and just keeps spinning with toigjts of what I jave to do as chores and projects and then soon tuens onto negative thoughts. I have found that if I sleep with the tv on something that doesn't draw my attention then this thoughts go away and my mind relaxes. Listening to these subliminal messages also helps. Keep up the battle and become mind strong and ober power it. You'll see it works. I have overcome phobias due to panic attacks so I know how strong the mind can be. If you start feeling anxious get up and due something you have to concentrate on and it will pass.

    I can say my 1st time following and listening about a few days ago. It worked for me. All day even the next day not one panic or anxiety attack. Now at this moment one Is building up. I said "NOT TODAY!" I'm currently listening as I am walking in the house. I feel asleep in the car idk why and how it triggered. I have noticed late quick naps brings one on. I actually was....I am actually having a great day. I had to remember I Am is powerful! I am going to overcome this! I am not having a panic/anxiety attack. I am great and I am 💪 💪 💪! I feel more calm and i feel better, i feel a little reaction when I'm listening into this, especially my head. Idk what is it. My head was like shaking a bit.     Panick attacks are hidden. And it's awful, my sister used it against all family members, from jealousy. It was hidden, and she used it doing everything against me to the very love in my family, praying all day, has not helped, and i don't get it.

    There are a few things you can try
    Don't take stimulants like alcohol and coffee
    Take part in relaxing activities
    Exercise regularly
    Join a self-help group
    (I learned these and more tips from Trevs Panic Fixer website )

    I have suffered with what I think is anxiety, I have tried the kalms tablets but don't believe in medication, I believe your mind can do what is needed.. I have only suffered with this since I had my baby 5 months ago, symptons of headaches, pins and needles, no appetite, cant sleep, hot flushes, uncomfortable, needing to be around someone when I eat, is this anxiety? why do we get it, I have listened to a few of your videos mainly at night to help me sleep and they have worked, some nights I wake up warm and a little fat heart beat but I manage to get back to sleep, Is this normal, I have been feeling a little better during the day however started getting a greyish dot in my eye sight and feeling as if im zoning out, could you tell me if this is supposed to happen thanlyou for your videos they have really been working for me

Although most of the symptoms you have described are common symptoms of anxiety, the grey dot in your eye sight and feeling as if your vision is zoning out is not something I am familiar with and I would definitely recommend that you consult a doctor about those particular symptoms.       Hi I just wanted to say I'm also a recent mother and have had a lot of the symptoms you've written..the grey dot is called a floater. I have two floaters in my left eye after birth. I am taking an antioxidant to get rid of them called NAC. The insomnia, hot flushes, loss of appetite and anxiety is due to a chemical imbalance in the body which took me a long time to correct..I'm taking multivitamins, calcium, magnesium, phosphatidylserine, and alkalife tablets to correct the imbalances in my body after pregnancy.       Thats weird not to long after i turned 18 i suddenly started getting extreme anxiety to before then anxiety was never a problem i was living an anxiety free life then the big one eight hit and i just started getting super horrible anxiety that made me feel hopless

      I think so. I think you CAN reprogram your thoughts. Somehow you’ve programmed yourself to be afraid of going out, you can also do the opposite. It’s not easy by any means, but I do think it’s possible. Medication & therapy may also be needed. I’m doing anxiety hypnotherapy at night & positive affirmations in the mornings, & breathing meditations when needed. Plus I take 50mg of generic Zoloft & therapy. My therapist has me taking baby steps. Try small places you can handle & do this often! Slowly build your confidence back up. The more you avoid going out, the worse it festers.

    I have the problem that I'm "afraid of the fear" because I get palpitations, shortness of breath and tremors, and I'm just waiting for it to happen again like yk? I'm trying to kind of cure it with this. Does anyone have any tips how I can get away from these anxiety and panic attacks ?

      It will, and when youre anxious say the words "I am calm" over and over in your mind and it will actually make you calm, hope everything is okay :)

      It’s best to listen to this as you fall asleep(any time of the day, so naps would work, too) because as you fall asleep your brain goes into theta state, which is a hypnotic state, where subliminal messages reprogram your subconscious.     Hi Thomas . I RECENTLY Had ended some traumatic realtionships but their effects are still present I wake up feeling warm in my chest area, heart is beating faster ,angry and irritated. I have been deeling with toxic friends who took advantage of me. And a girl whom I loved walked away from me with no apparent reason . Do you recommend I listen to other subliminals as well or just this one will do the job ?.

    I have chronic anxiety . It prevents me from reaching my potential, I screw up things I can clearly do because of it . It interferes with my sleep. I have tried a lot of things including pills but everything is temporary. I'll update if I see any difference from this one

    Is the picture actual moving slightly slowly ? Am I. The only 1 who sees that? Am I too far gone in the head or some'n? Lol Can't b 2 sure if I'd b able ta trust a answer anyways. It's just weird, i seriously cant tell if its moving or im just trippin. REALLY really hope i am NOT the only one that thinks this.....

    Ok thankyou how long is the predicted recovery from listening to the hypnosis and is it known to completely go one day? The dots I think are due to migraines that I suffer with if I have a bad attack thanks again xx

      +Amy Grimes Hi Amy, It depends on the person really. Some people only have to listen once and are able to to eradicate their symptoms, others may need to listen everyday for a few weeks.
