❗❗I am reposting this video because I have been again victim of the infamous copyright scam on UA-cam. I again received a false copyright claim on the original video from a fraudster Indian Company named "KANHAIYA STUDIOS" that blocked it in USA and Canada while stealing and taking control over the ads revenue from it (smart move to block the video in the country where the real copyright is, so they can't access it anymore). They of course rejected my counter strike attempt, keeping their false claim valid (and keeping the blockage in North America)... How can UA-cam keep allowing this kind of scam maneuvers? Silly. So, now with this reupload (the exact same video file, no change to it), UA-cam has recognized at least the correct content ID (at least it doesn't look like false companies)... Not blocking the video in half of the world and not sending the ads revenue to a fraudster Indian company... (proving here that all the UA-cam Content ID claims system is broken). While my original video is already blocked in USA+Canada, I've then set it as private so the scammer won't get any money from it. And it seems that anybody here can send a copyright claim on any videos they want (not the first time this is happening!!), this is really SICK and really goes on my nerves! When is UA-cam going to fix this issue? ❗❗ ➡⚠ The original video had 16000 views and 279 likes, please help to restore its visibility.
@@Geronimo_Jehoshaphat Exactly, I did the test myself to solve an earlier issue (I had a false copyright claim on one of my video, so I had to make the same move to the false claimant in order to have a pressure tool to force him to remove his fake claim). And they validated my claim (which was totally illegitimate)... I removed it later when the issue was solved but this to say that anyone can do it without any proof. I'm actually quite surprised this is not happening more often. This is a serious security breach. Unfortunately here, it seems to be a "professional" scam, no YT channel, just the name of an obscure music company from India.
@@GillesNuytens I've currently got 2 Strikes on my channel over custom edited post from Fritz Lang's Metropolis - which is in public domain! Some MK Films in France or something claims a European copyright... No warning, just 2 Strikes - case closed.
@@GillesNuytens According to Reddit, it's no use when it comes to this company claiming to own Metropolis' European copyright - even though my broken up custom edits were significantly different in multiple ways than any official version of the 96 year old silent movie that is in public domain in the U.S.A. Seems to me the worst they ought to be able to do is block it in europe, as UA-cam is a U.S. company and I'm a U.S. citizen... But yes they deleted the videos and I'm on the verge of having my channel permanently deleted. So I've currently changed all but one uploaded video to unlisted so I can't suddenly gain a third strike out of nowhere on some unmonitized tribute I posted a year ago. Someone needs to create a superior video archive resource platform that finally renders UA-cam obsolete.
@@magnum3.14 Men in Tights would be among 2nd places tied with the classic Errol Flynn films, 3rd being the Russel Crowe film. ....Though an honorable mention goes to the Disney animated film.
I want to know how Disney got permission to use this theme for their DVD catalog promo and Disney Company logo that they put at the start of the pre-rolls to the DVD releases of their films back in the mid-00s.

Yep, UA-cam is really heinous how they'll just do the bidding of any claimant without warning or review.

A decade ago, this theme has also been used with the Disney logo at the beginning of everyone of their DVDs for some reason. Don't ask me why.
I think it was the very similar (also composed by Michael Kamen) The Three Musketeers theme from the 1993 film,disney had the rights to that one.
