      Hi, the music isn't all too bad, it's just whichever type would go well with instructional videos and what you would be doing! This music is great for when we see what you're going to demonstrate techniques and stuff imo.
      If you look up lofi hip hop, it's great background music for breaking monotony while you're giving clarity without being too classical but that's my preference lol. I think there's free tracks you can use too, if you google!
      I really appreciate this video, really helped me, thanks so much!

    Good job on your video but to help you some the tirm that is being used for the baby back ribs should be called back ribs for true baby back ribs come from a small piglet and you have to order them for a wholesaler few days before for fresh but can find them frozen some time

    If the St. Louis style comes from the center, what does the meatcutter do with the shorter ribs above and below it?

    • @TonyToneBBQ
      @TonyToneBBQ  Рік тому

      Above is where the Baby Back Ribs come from. Below, there are two options. They sell them as whole Spare Ribs, meaning you get everything down to the rib tips and nothing is trimmed off. Or the butcher trims off the rib tips and sells them as St. Louis Style. Who knows what they do with the trimming, grind it up maybe? The price per pound is usually lower when you buy untrimmed Spare Ribs, which is my preference. Then you can trim them yourself and do what you want with the trimmings. Here's how...

    Great video , how many pounds of ribs would feed 8 adults?

    • @TonyToneBBQ
      @TonyToneBBQ  2 роки тому

      Thanks you and thanks for watching! General rule of thumb is 1 pound per adult. I like to shoot for 1.25 to 1.5 pounds per adult. Nothing wrong with having a few leftovers. If I'm cooking St.Louis Style ribs, I look for racks that are about 3.5 pounds each and if I'm cooking for 8 adults, I'm doing 3 of those. No matter what, it's helpful to pick up racks that are close to the same weight each. Hope that helps!
