You are doing it the hard way brother. Recruit 3 star gem athletes with elite speed. Assign them to cornerback and safety positions where needed. Then redshirt them. By sophomores, they have just as good of secondary skills as 4 star and 5 star secondary players, plus they are usually way faster. The game loves to produce 300 90-speed corners every season. These guys just aren't fast enough to play elite man defense. Without lockdown, man coverage even the CPU will torch your coverage. 96 is the minimum speed for a cornerback on my team. So I only assign the athletes with 96+ speed to CB. The 93 to 96 speed guys go to play safety. Taller ones go to FS. Shorter ones go to SS. The Shorter one's usually have the same weight as the 6'2 and 6'3 guys. So the shorter ones seem to develop hit power better. That's how I like my SS's, lazer guided boom sticks.

Senior Superlatives has to do with Senior players to break skill caps, Id I'd assume a chance to for Seniors like Limitless does for all players in the Architect tree From Program Builder, Roster Retention is players projected to go 3-7 Round in the NFL Draft from leaving early, Players less likely to Transfer, and better chance to keep projected 2nd round Draft players from leaving early. High Integrity is about Persuades, and Strong Roots is I think improves the main pipeline (I think the one you choose when you first create a coach.)
The two most expensive trees I want that helps with recruiting is Lasting Impression in Elite Recruiter, 71 (Including 15 to unlock ER and 92 for the two pipeline trees in Program Builder . Which one do you think is better out of Elite Recruiter and Program Builder?

@@nakahili539I mean I probably would, but there’s a lot of factors… I’d think twice if my best tier 2 pipeline is in metro Atlanta, where I would have to compete with Georgia which has a tier 5 pipeline there. To max everything out. You need something like 2000 points. By only having 495 it forces you to plan out what you want to be good at. Not everyone will have the same build and that is good.
Question if you are a coach that is a recruiter and your OC and DC have positions unlocked to level 3 should you focus on the things they don’t have like QB and WR. Also do you max out the coordinators brackets instead of the HC. Example my OC has 3/4 for OL DL n CB would I shift my focus else where as a HC and or max their brackets out?

It’s 1-5 and then obviously none, with 5 being the highest. Theses tiers show what level pipeline they. So let’s I’m LSU, all recruits in Louisiana would be a high tier and I would have more starting interest from these players because there in my pipeline. Now upgrading those coaching packages will allow you to upgrade them. So let’s say your pipeline tier for Louisiana is 4, it would up to 5, so on and so forth.
can someone explain the coach discount abilities in program builder and ceo, is it worth it, what is the best way to maximize those points if it is indeed worth it?
If you could save all your points, and spend nothing, get CEO/Program builder, buy that discount package, then start upgrading…. It’s absolutely elite. But for me with LSU as a level 40+ coach, it’s almost pointless to waste your points on it, bc you cap at 50. I guess you could maybe get slightly more bang for your buck on the final 10 levels but still. I’d say if you could upgrade it early on it’s worth it.
It's worth it, if you want to start as a coordinator for Georgia. Even if you win the first 2 season nattys that you play you will have about 100 upgrade coins. So 48 for CEO and discount perk. Leaves you 52. Then, you will have to rely on your coordinators to have the perks you actually want to get the discount on them. By this time it will have been pretty hard to pull in loaded recruiting classes or develop the guys you have. So if you start with a 2 year loaded roster you can win the championships, but your program is likely to have a pretty large fall off for a few seasons. While you build up your recruiting and development prowess. That said. My preferred build is Recruiter/Architect. I max Recruiter and level 2 all positions in Architect for the random skill cap increase. Then I get CEO and pick up dream school, delay Sunday and senior superlatives. I pick up a master motivator for OC and a master tactician for DC. The squad has been an overall 99 ever since lol.
The price for CEO and Program Builder are tough to swallow. I like tier 1 for all recruiting and tier 3 for as many motivator as you can get. Tactician stuff is good, I think the top end tactician stuff looks broken and powerful. Unlocking it with a small school, super hard.
I don't touch motivator or tactician with my head coach. Almost every coordinator in the game will have those skills. I go Recruiter/Architect. Max stage 1 Recruiter except for kickers. Then level 2 all position groups for Architect to get the random skill cap increase. I finish my head coach off with CEO with the perks Dream School, Delay Sunday, and Senior Superlatives. I get a master motivator for OC and a master tactician for DC. The squad has a 99 rating ever since lol. Even the cpu respects it. I can Sim entire undefeated heisman winning seasons. My Sim dynasty that I started a week ago with this coach build has 17 national championships in year 24. I only played the first 2 seasons to ensure the championships. So the cpu has given me the crown 15 out of 22 sim seasons. Most of those were undefeated seasons with Heisman winners.
@@adamappell1212 it doesn't matter if the asst coaches have those abilities, they stack together and give you stronger bonuses if all 3 coaches have them. And you can't honestly be using sim results as a reason for what coach traits work 😂😂 man you can win that many championships on sim with a level 0 coach and no abilities. Some of keep trying to make arguments like only one direction works and the others suck. The entire point of these abilities and the point cap is people can make elite coaches in completely different ways and it isn't any worse or better than another way. That's like playing an rpg picking a build and saying it's better because you do well with it
@LonghornsLegend Bullshit you can win that many sims with a shit coach. The sim logic is notoriously brain-dead and has powerhouse teams losing to bottom feeders all the time. I've simmed hundreds of seasons under hundreds of different conditions. Going undefeated and winning champions while simming everything is extremely rare under most of the level 50 coach builds. It's actually the common outcome with the coach build that I shared. Of course, there will be other viable coach builds. However, a couple will end up clearly better than the others. It's called the meta. The game is programming. It has to have a meta. It's an inescapable fact. All I'm saying is I believe I have found the coach build meta. Feel free to prove me wrong. Start 2 identical dynasties. Play only the first 2 seasons and ensure you win the first 2 national championships. Then build one of the coaches the way I laid out and build the other any other way. Then, sim them both another 28 seasons while only recruiting and roster managing. After 30 years, compare the 2 dynasties' wins, Heisman's, and Championships, both conference and national. I say my coach build will out perform, and it may not even be close. The project will take about 20 hours with proper attention to detail. I will patiently await your results.

The Put in the Work skill doesn’t currently have any effect from what I’ve seen. Tested simulating the training results over and over with and without it, and got roughly the same results every time.
Put in the work in my experience makes the boost more consistent. Like if you have it’s all your oline will go up at a decent amount while not having it will only make certain guys go up
How long do you need to apply the recruiting hours in a player? If I’m allowed to apply say 60 hrs weekly ( send the house n DM) do U need to keep that for multiple weeks even if I have all 3 of his preferences shown? Same question for soft/hard sells…
@lmelty71 I track week to week to see how the other schools are progressing. I got several 3 star guys by having 5 points all year. They never committed but if you're in the lead at the end of the season you get them.
10:30 how do you have tier 2 without spending points on tier 1 first?
It came like that with the coach.
Is there any interest in upgrading you best pipeline when it is already at level 5 ?
I don’t think it will help
Thanks for your videos 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Glad you like them!
@@PoodleGaming the question I have is how do get coins I literally did a whole season and I only got 10 how do you get more can you buy more in the ps store ?
On average as a higher level, I’ve only gotten like 10 per season, sometimes 20
@@PoodleGaming ok that’s sucks but ok thanks
@@thatstress1you can turn up the coach progression if you want.
Been killing these videos my man, must watch for me MGK in the back is great too
I never thought anyone would catch onto that lmao. Thanks for the support!
@@PoodleGaminghaha anytime man my wife and son love him, seen him twice in concert. Respect brotha
Does anyone else have player skills locked now?
The Put in the Work skill doesn’t currently have any effect from what I’ve seen. Tested simulating the training results over and over with and without it, and got roughly the same results every time.
Put in the work in my experience makes the boost more consistent. Like if you have it’s all your oline will go up at a decent amount while not having it will only make certain guys go up
Yeah, what this guy said ^
How long do you need to apply the recruiting hours in a player? If I’m allowed to apply say 60 hrs weekly ( send the house n DM) do U need to keep that for multiple weeks even if I have all 3 of his preferences shown? Same question for soft/hard sells…
I think that depends on the recruit. Some progress faster than others from what I can tell.
@@ZWilson2000 So as long as his progression bar moves forward, keep the hours going, but if it stagnates, he’s “really not into me any longer?” Haha..
when you know the preferences, hard sell and whatever else you have the hours for
@lmelty71 I track week to week to see how the other schools are progressing. I got several 3 star guys by having 5 points all year. They never committed but if you're in the lead at the end of the season you get them. Careful with this of you like the recruit, because I lost a few because someone else came hard hard at them in the final weeks. I must have not been too dumb, because I got a 39th ranked class at South Alabama year 1.
8:20 How did you skip the 2nd teir and only buy the first and 3rd tier in a column?
The coach came like that
Lmao I like it when the players leave as soon as possible. Nothing breaks the immersion more when your playing all these teams in year 2 or 3 and the whole Georgia defense stays for their Sr year. Now way this would ever happen.
lol, this is true
3:10 I stop fighting when I’m not top 3 outside week 3 not worth it you’ll find an equal star I offered and jump to 1
In program builder you had a tier 2 seleceted without the first tier purchased.....how do you do that?
The coach came like that
Thank you
Glad I could help, I appreciate the support.
Is there a setting to increase coaches points per level, Im a level 41 and can barely afford a lot of this stuff
There’s not, I think you can increase the XP they gain though to speed up the process.
Am I not even able to unlock Strategist until year 4 minimum? It says you have to win 4 bowl games
Yeah, some of these take awhile.
You can win multiple bowl games in a single season if you make the playoffs. Each round is a bowl game.
Drop that redshirt guide my guy😭
lol I’m sorry, been following a very strategic posting schedule. It will come, I promise!
Is there a bug or something cause my shit maxed of at 50 and won’t go any higher
50 is the max
This example isn't a coach you created, right?
No
nahhh thats crazy i saw my name and was like howwwwww
James Anderson lol?
@@PoodleGaming yeahhhh lmao
