I bought some cheap acrylic deer and spray painted them with frosted spray paint. You could also use some rub n buff on the antlers.

For years I heard you talk about your Wolfard oil lamps. I live in Australia and the postage is pretty hefty from the States... but I recently picked up one on ebay from within Australia... now just have to find suitable oil... I'm planning to have it in the centre of my Christmas table... love your table Rebecca! Thank you for deconstructing it and teaching us so clearly! You're the best!

How is the food served? If it’s family style, all those decorations will have to be removed to allow the many dishes of food to be placed on the table. If it’s plated service…all the plates will have to go back to the kitchen to be plated. All these fussy, pretentious displays are simply impractical.

Yes mainly for show or small meals . Keeping the decorations at the center may help.
