I think you may explained about litigation firms in tier 1 cities. In case of small town or tier 3 cities, there is no "firm" culture . You've to join a senior advocate. Here you don't get paid. During the court proceedings, some client gives you 50- 100 rupees to get next date as a juniors, specially in criminal matters. Seniors (if ready to pay) pays around 100 rupees per day.
I think going independent from day 1 helps to emerge as an Advocate. Learn the craft of drafting and pleading, by observing the court proceedings and preparing the documents. It may help in building own litigation practice from scratch.
At the end, I would like to suggest that learning litigation is not different than swimming or driving. One has to practice by own to hone the skills.

Well, earning is highly subjective and varies from person to person.
Let's see some highly impacting variables which directly influence our earnings.
1. Social network: Everyone of us has network in friends and relatives.
But, Someone can successfully influence network and entrust it. If not everyone still many of them can trust our ability to handle their legal proceedings. Consequently, handover their matters to them. Many of us failed to gain that trust hence unable to monetize the same.
2.Interpersonal skills: Have you seen anybody in the profession who interact with the new people without effort. Meeting new people, nurturing relationship with them is like a cakewalk for them. While others are struggling to maintain existing network. It happens due to lack of interpersonal skills. It results into limited circle of influence which turned into limited opportunity of work and income as a result.
3.Lack of professional skills: Many times clients come to us, but we are unable to advise them due to lack of knowledge and skills. We are clueless about where to start, and which piece of advise should be given. It curbs our goodwill as a lawyer and negatively hampers our business possibilities. As that person goes to other people and share his experience. It not only limit our reach to new people but ultimately affect our identity as a skilled lawyer in existing network. Loss of new business and cash inflow, as a result.
Those are the few important variables and there are some others too which affects our earnings as an Advocate.
Finally, I would say that if any Advocate successfully handled all those variables and manage to have 30- 40 matters, able to earn anywhere between 3-4 lpa in tier- 3 cities, within 3-4 years of practice. ( Again I would remind here that those figures are highly subjective. 😊)

Maine bcom and ballb kia h 2021 me ballb complete ho gya tha , kisi personel reason ke wajah se maine abhi practice start nahi kari aur enrollment bhi nahi hua h..mai corporate me jana chahti hun but mujhe samjh nahi aa raha kaise start karu phir se apna career mai jaldi hi settle hona chahti hun bcz meri age ab 31 years h..

i got lc2 in 1st round then i got upgraded to clc in 3rd round and i was not aware of that due to which i was not able to accept allocated seat n now my lc2 admission also got withdrawn automatically

Email them directly asking for the solution. I think their policy is that once you don’t accept the seat you’re not under consideration at all

Mam currently i don't want to work under a senior Advocate in court and i want to get job in law firm but i don't have much knowledge about that.. There’s no book to tell you how to prepare for a law firm job. As far as studying law properly is concerned check my video books for law
