We are *made* for prostrating to Allah (عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ). On the authority of the Noble Qur'an, it states in Surah al Hajj, "يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱرْكَعُوا۟ وَٱسْجُدُوا۟ وَٱعْبُدُوا۟ رَبَّكُمْ وَٱفْعَلُوا۟ ٱلْخَيْرَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ۩ ", meaning "O believers! Bow down, prostrate yourselves, worship your Lord, and do ˹what is˺ good so that you may be successful."
Prostrate to Allah (عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ) after reading this, as it says Sajdah.
I feel so good doing that, even though I was doing it in a tight space ❤️ ❣️
