Simulate any manufacturing project with Visual Components

Hi Dear,
I have problem with Arena Visual Designer. When i click it i see an error as 'Unexpected run-time error occured. Please contact your local Arena...'. İ couldnt solve this problem even i try to another computer. İ also checked the computer features to check minumim requirements but it seems OK.
Could you please answer me how can i fix this problem?
