If you’re on a budget you can get Dove fairness nourishment lotion or Nivea Q10 plus vitamin C, both works well.
U can also try the one I just reviewed on this video. Don’t forget to get a good soap.

Sure u can use it, it’s good for a dry skin, u can also pair it with a very good oil that won’t bleach your skin
