Levanter is a wind from the east of the Mediterranean Sea. It comes from the Spanish cost, Levante, Alicante, Valencia parts of Spain. Goes through all that part of Spain to France. This is one of my favorite song of Stray Kids, very emotional 🥲

@@yoidkbuthi3242 this it what I think, could be wrong. The Levanter wind temps to be very strong and bring clouds and rain many times, and after the rain comes the sun, right? If you translate the word levante, it means to raise, as Teddy said. It could be that you raise after a breakup as they describe in the song. And thinking of Changbins verse in the English version, he said: don’t know which way I’m blowing. So maybe they just go with the wind, follow that road? They realize they can fly. I’m not sure, but this is what I think of the wind and try to connect with the lyrics.

Fun reaction. Levanter is a Mediterranean wind. The Korean title for this is Param...Or however you spell it. It means wind. This was the first video after Woojin left, and they had to remake everything. There were so many Easter eggs of past videos in this MV. The falcon from Miroh, the elevator that has appeared since Hellevator, the bus ticket from Eide Effects...And so on. There's a little highlight reel that sums up the story. Binnie has a red and a blue contact...They mirror the two moons that merged at the end of Levanter.
"Cause i like you" is a perfect song where Binnie is singing and im surprised that as a ChB bias you haven't react to it yet: you'll be surprised!🙂
i think you should definitely watch the 'making levanter' video ,it's so hard to see them visibly be sad and struggle but it shows how strong they are and how much they've grown, i personally cried when chan started talking
I think this was the fourth Stray Kids song I listened to. I'd heard God's Menu first, then Back Door, and thought they were pretty cool but not something I'd probably get into. Then I heard Chronosaurus, and it basically put words to my anxiety about time(I'd lost three family members and two friends that year). Then I listened to Levanter, and it was basically exactly what I needed to hear, because I was on the fence over ending a toxic relationship that everyone else was pressuring me to keep. Now I'm such a diehard STAY that I drive my family crazy! There's something for everyone in SKZ's world.

Stray kids always manage to surprise everyone with their talents. This song is so special to me
I think that part after 'it's all good now' sounds like an epiphany. We are eight and we are all together. Which could count for the 'change' in feeling of the song. A little brighter, lighter, Gosh I love these kids. They are my warm wind
If you have spare time, you must listen and observe each of their early album series (I Am and especially the Cle) and THEN browse their key situations at those eras, and you would find those albums really depict their early journey as Stray Kids.

This is one of my top three stray kids songs, and the only one I went out of my way to memorize the words to. I listened to it on repeat for probably three weeks and nothing else, it hits me hard, even if the meaning is hard to articulate into words, the emotion is powerful. Glad to see you react to it, I’ve been waiting!

Hello!! If you want a song with Binny singing listen to Felix and Changbin's song "Cause i like you" for me it's very tender and sweet and Binny spends her time singing.
The dance practice for this is great as well.

Levanter is wind by the way. The Korean word 바람 literally translates to wind. Levanter is just a specific (type of) wind. It is an English word, although the word might not have an English origin (not sure about that)
I think the origin of the word is from Latin. Levanter i's a Mediterranean wind and in italy we call it "levante" which also means "est" because this wind comes from est

The Korean name of the song is "param" which is just wind. I guess they went with Levanter in English cos it sounded more fancy haha.

I've seen several "this was the first video without WJ" comments. It's the first _title track_ video without him, but it's the second video overall; the first was Astronaut -- which he was edited out of and still contains scraps of his image that they couldn't fully delete without losing the footage.
Levanter has embarrassingly low views for being a title track, so y'all feel free to help us stream it occasionally.

You might've remembered hearing this in TeaNoSuga's guide. Anyway this is one of my favorite SKZ songs. The English version is really beautiful 😍. Normally I tend to stick with the original versions of songs just bcuz they get stuck in my head that way and I can't get used to the other versions, but with Levanter, I absolutely adore both the English and Korean versions ❤. And I agree, I really hope to get more singing Binnie in the future! Keep scolding Binnie until he complies 😉🤣.

u can check the interviews from when they were promoting this comeback they’ve explained it couple times chan explained it the most detailed in their first zach sang show interview was it ? even tho it’s kinda open to different interpretations and people can interpret it the way they want to it was the last title song of the cle series cle meaning key and they finally let go of that key they were emphasizing and hyperfixating on so much that key could mean a dream a person anything someone could want but like there’s always so many theories about their music videos and storyline and universe so it’s hard to explain but yeah and i mean there’s obviously the “album intro video” that they do before every comeback that would explain what era that was how it was their first comeback without “Voldemort” and how much they weren’t doing the best mentally for more context but yea and i love the english version as well it’s such a great song but as much as i used to have it on my playlist and on repeat back then i think the majority of this fandom would agree on “not go back to “ a lot just cz how emotional it makes us and idk but i feel like most of us listen to skz for how hyped their music gets u adrenaline and gets your energy levels through the roof not “i’m gonna cry myself to sleep” so its understandable
