When Capitao was first released his role was to storm and take control of rooms from the enemies but now i just don't know what he's good for, if he's supposed have a more supportive role I'd rather take a Jackal or play Fuze rather than Capitao

Defending: Rook and Doc (swap one for echo if playing bomb), Ela, one other roamer (vigil/jager) and then whoever's good for the objective (Mira on some objectives, legion on others)

Nerfbeard's shield can withstand 2 bullets, 3 at most, giving him extra 0.15 - 0.25 seconds to react with his stupidly bad gun, while moving slower than Montagne. I wish he wasn't as much of a free kill as he is now. His AR and specially his DMR should have more damage and less recoil.
Lowkey Logic how is BB bad he can withstand 3-4 bullets to the face... a game based on headshots he is the most crutch operator in the game. Also please do explain how I am garbage would like to know.
I main brownbeard mostly because of how OP he is at peeking threw windows and over cover I usually breach the closest window to the obj and get like two kills by nearly peaking my head out and using his scar to rek anyone

Thatcher should be lower too, Zofia can with an impact and concussion to let thermite open a garage 100% of the time and sometimes get a kill on bandit if he was trying to bandit trick and then after that zofia still has an impact and 3 concussions left, there's almost no point to play thatcher
They should reduce the amount of recoil on her T95 LSW, give her 1 more candela and that's it. Honestly damage shouldn't be worried about since it has the drum mag.
Glad to see Blitz up there. He was the first character I unlocked and I think I mastered him pretty well. (Sometimes able to deal with 2 opponents at the same time) Though I do think that Monty is better in a well coordinated team. Simply because if you position him well, he acts like an indestructible camera.
I like how Siege is starting to have enough operators and balance that operator picks aren't set in stone anymore. Instead of going for comfort picks or "best" operators, players will start to pick soft counters against the enemy team. For instance Twitch against Mira, Dokkaebi against Valkyrie, IQ against Pulse/Vigil, Thatcher against Bandit/Mute, Sofia against Ela. Then there's also the combo operators Thatcher+Thermite, Dokkaebi+IQ, anyone with smokes + Glaz. Going by overpoweredness alone BB and Glaz would fit in any team comp, thankfully there's starting to be more things to take into account.

Лисятина Yes, as a fellow Fuze Main, he really should have been placed on A-Rank. His AK-12 is incredibly powerful, and, if you know what you’re doing, his Matryoshka can seriously catch people off guard and suddenly turn the tide in a match.
I feel like fuze and monty should be A rank and Thatcher and Dokk should be B, Thatcher is basically worthless now with zofia, zofia can 100% get rid of a jammer or bandit and at the same time stop the bandit trick and get a free kill and after that she'll still have another impact and 3 concussions still
You're crazy man. Buck is awesome. Being able to open up walls/floors at will is a HUGE advantage and his semi auto is an absolute beast. Also frag grenades.
I think a good buff for Tachanka that is realistic would be that he could deploy his turret on top of surfaces like tables, for example. He would walk up with his turret to said table and deploy it onto said table, just like he does with deploying it normally. Tachanka would be able to do both deploying tactics (the one he has and the one I suggested). Tachanka would be able to mount his LMG on a multitude of surfaces, deployable shields included. Tachanka would also have access to two shields. Finally, Tachanka would have his own weapons. I thought about him having access to an assault rifle and an smg both with acogs available to them, but it is truly up to Ubi.
I agree with your A ranks, but strongly disagree with your C. Glaz and Ying were used in almost every single attacking round by the pros. They require a fleshed out and cooperating team but that doesn't make them poor operators. They just need experienced players with synergy.
Former Buck main here. I gave up on trying to control his AR and instead used his DMR + shotty for range versatility. Need to snipe someone across a long corridor? The FAL got you covered. Going in tight corridors? Switch to skeleton key. Until Zophia came.
have to agree for the most part. Kap' used to be my favourite character when he was released, yet, haven't enjoyed using him forever now haha. loving the new blitz though shield's are way underpowered.

It would attract the metal in the attackers gun to it, making aiming down sights have horrible recoil and be pushed either towards the magnet (attract) or away from the magnet (repel). It would also either trap drones near it or push them away (attract/repel). Grenades would work the same as the drones as would maybe some other metallic objects in the game. Another idea would be an attacker that has a special grenade, when thrown it would be blown apart on impact (so defenders wouldn’t have a chance to react) releasing a spray in every direction (radius like that of a flash bang), if any defender was looking at it their screen would have blotches of the spray obstructing their view, they would have to go through an eye/ goggle rubbing animation to remove it. They would have either 3 or 4 of these grenades.
These actually aren't bad ideas but I doubt they'd add the defense one and if they ever add something like the attack one, they'd probably only give him/her 2-3 of those grenades
Merp King Nice idea but the ops would be hard to balance so they'd only get 1-3 gadgets, especially the attract/repel op, he/she can strip people of their grenades and secondary gadgets, which would be super OP, I think the Def op should have one gadget and the Atk op should have 2-3 gadgets.

I'm a Hibana main also and when my friends play as her they complain about her gun and aren't too good as her but when I play as her I'd say I'm pretty Good, they even say I kick ass as her lol
As for buck, I honestly think he is S-tier. He is perfect at opening up walls, and his marksman rifle is extremely good at medium to long ranges, making him extremely versatile since he also has a shotgun. As for capitao and ying, I will admit they have way better alternatives but when you manage their guns' recoils and learn their playstyle they are just fun to play.

Agree with everything, but I don’t believe Zofia is better than Thatcher. He’s a must pick for almost any map and objective because he can counter so many operators ability’s, so I would have him in the S tier. As always great video and content Mat!
Dokkibi is C tier, her guns are bad with the exception of her smg 12. She has no utility and her gadget is super situational. She is just as useless as pre buff IQ and I think they will end up giving her frags to balance her out. Also twitch is an A tier operator because she can clear traps so well.
Yings gun is a lot better with a holo / reflex sight, it fits her playstyle as a fast breacher / area denial and makes her at least viable I picked her up recently and can devestate enemies if they don’t see my candela coming, plus the smokes which can cut off your flanks or other lines of sights, you can dominate the objective with some team mates
Also how come Ying is C tier? She can smoke and flash the objective make it really easy to get a plant off because It hides whoevers planting visually and audibly. I think Ying should be B tier IMO

I still love glaz. I usually stay in a window in the objective as others are securing it and cover a doorway. Or be in a window near the objective and watch for roamers when they try to sneak up on the attackers
D R Nope, the R4-C, F2, Type 89, 416-C and SMG-11 are still better, but his gun is extremely good nevertheless. It was probably OP when Velvet She’ll released and it didn’t have any recoil.

Then the team would have a 'appreciation boost ' and want to work hard together and win so they can go home and put their snowglobe on their nightstand.
I think capitao is an a tier only when in secure area matches. Being able to straight up deny entry with the asphyxiating bolts makes him very powerful once you are in the room.

Tachanka would be able to do both deploying tactics (the one he has and the one I suggested). Tachanka would be able to mount his LMG on a multitude of surfaces, deployable shields included. Tachanka would also have access to two shields. Finally, Tachanka would have his own weapons. I thought about him having access to an assault rifle and an smg both with acogs available to them, but it is truly up to Ubi.

I agree with your A ranks, but strongly disagree with your C. Glaz and Ying were used in almost every single attacking round by the pros. They require a fleshed out and cooperating team but that doesn't make them poor operators. They just need experienced players with synergy.

Former Buck main here. I gave up on trying to control his AR and instead used his DMR + shotty for range versatility. Need to snipe someone across a long corridor? The FAL got you covered. Going in tight corridors? Switch to skeleton key.

#sundaymailbox, what about an operator on defense that could put up magnets? She/he could set them to attract or repel. It would attract the metal in the attackers gun to it, making aiming down sights have horrible recoil and be pushed either towards the magnet (attract) or away from the magnet (repel). It would also either trap drones near it or push them away (attract/repel). Grenades would work the same as the drones as would maybe some other metallic objects in the game.
Another idea would be an attacker that has a special grenade, when thrown it would be blown apart on impact (so defenders wouldn’t have a chance to react) releasing a spray in every direction (radius like that of a flash bang), if any defender was looking at it their screen would have blotches of the spray obstructing their view, they would have to go through an eye/ goggle rubbing animation to remove it. They would have either 3 or 4 of these grenades.

As for buck, I honestly think he is S-tier. He is perfect at opening up walls, and his marksman rifle is extremely good at medium to long ranges, making him extremely versatile since he also has a shotgun. As for capitao and ying, I will admit they have way better alternatives but when you manage their guns' recoils and learn their playstyle they are just fun to play.

Dokkibi is C tier, her guns are bad with the exception of her smg 12. She has no utility and her gadget is super situational. She is just as useless as pre buff IQ and I think they will end up giving her frags to balance her out. Also twitch is an A tier operator because she can clear traps so well.

Yings gun is a lot better with a holo / reflex sight, it fits her playstyle as a fast breacher / area denial and makes her at least viable I picked her up recently and can devestate enemies if they don’t see my candela coming, plus the smokes which can cut off your flanks or other lines of sights, you can dominate the objective with some team mates

Sledge is better for range than buck, buck is better for medium and close range. Sledge doesnt need a buff, as he beats buck in certain scenarios.

I still love glaz. I usually stay in a window in the objective as others are securing it and cover a doorway. Or be in a window near the objective and watch for roamers when they try to sneak up on the attackers

I think capitao is an a tier only when in secure area matches. Being able to straight up deny entry with the asphyxiating bolts makes him very powerful once you are in the room.
