Dude, I'mma watch your videos just for the old skool background music 🤣🤣. It goes good with the top notch installs. Got me nodding my head while watching the videos 😂✌🏾.
Very nice setup. I'm actually jealous some lol i have the big boy Genesis i can't do that because the back seat don't fold down. I'm very impressed on the enclosure though very nice and clean.
@@mjl6425 it is drilled in and the panel on top hides and over laps a little to hide the screws. And thank you I’ll comment the screws in little bit when I go to shop
@@mjl6425 the screws we use are Everbilt brand from Home Depot. They are (#12. 1-3/4” in length and flat head Phillips and are zinc material.) Package is clear with blue sticker. And sometimes we use different lengths on screws depending on glass thickness
@@mjl6425 they sell some bits that are made for plexiglass but I use some universal bits main thing is to keep the bit straight and level. And practice on a piece of plexiglass if you can . If your buying the plexiglass local to you some shops will pre drill for you before you buy ask them
The enclosure is ported on one side the other side is like a dummy grill so it’s looks symmetrical. It’s on the left side when you look at the subs from rear
@@OscarRodriguez-xc9ls I thought I heard you say that as well. I will say that I am not against sealed boxes. I played bass for a long while. Sealed boxes accurately reproduce all the notes. Ported can but takes a bit more tuning.
@@drrckhamiltonI love the sound of sealed boxes. But ported it always just a little louder around 3db. But sealed it more punchy and accurate and faster/controlled.

Thank you.
Thats clean, I'm sure it sounds good.
Super clean
Thank you
That is clean as hell. Now how do you screw in the plexiglass part to the wood? Does it drill the same way or do you need special drillbits or screws?

@@OscarRodriguez-xc9ls Any tips on how to make a clean drill through the plexiglass or is it straightforward just like wood?

Nice job. What state are you guys from?
Corpus Christi Texas and thank you
How does it sound ported and subs firing back?
@@albertgalambos7085 it was loud and low. The enclosure was built to JL specs. You can feel all the Bass inside the vehicle.
How thick was the acrylic back panel?
@@albertgalambos7085 3/4” thick the acrylic
Is that box sealed? If so, why not ported in a car trunk
Clearly stated that customer wanted room in the trunk.
