This could be Meta-Humor. Going to see a "comic" who is so fucking awful that the audience ends up laughing more at the comments they make towards him. A lot of the O&A references wouldn't work but responding against his general stupidity would be hysterical. But now that I think about it, bobo would try to be a tough guy by taunting them with his , "I'm from Queens," mentality. He would learn real fast that living in Queens doesn't magically make him invincible.
