Candice! you are such a kind soul. You have done so well for yourself and never blamed others for your shortcomings (which as you put it, is a blessing in disguise). Your discipline and hard work is inspirational. Your ability to successfully wear multiple hats while working on yourself is commendable. So much love for you!

Thank you for making such an inspirational video. My 8 year old had ADHD and motor skill issues.
The ADHD he was born with of course , but the weak motorskills were caused by the 2 surgeries he had at age 4. I watch my son feel bad about himself sometimes because it is harder for him to make friends than some of the other kids.
It was informative to see tharin order to excell he needs to be pushed in the right direction towards what interests him.I need to spend more time trying to find out what his interests are.
You are so important to so many people. Your polymer clay work is amazing :). Congrats on getting to help with a Disney film, that's such a huge achievement.

He actually has done much better since they perscribed adderol XR for him.His grades went from c's to at least b's. He is much more happy and less withdrawn. I can not wait to see more videos from you. I have wanted to make my own clay tutorials for over a decade now but can't afford a good camara, and can not figure out how to film my hands.I am going to be 41 next month and would love to figure out the filming thing before my hands look too old and wrinkly :P

This was so inspiring. I dont have a learning disability but I suffer from anxiety so sometimes university can be hard, specially when I take my final exams and have so much pressure.

I totally relate ! I have practically every disability you can think of. Physically, Emotionally, Learning, Developmentally, Psychologically, etc. I accept them all as they mold me into who I am.

Agreed I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for my disability.

CandiWare how did you overcome that?

Time, plus it makes me who I am now. Why not tell everyone how my disability has shaped me as a person. I feel lucky to have it now.
